The installation person was quick and efficient. There were no problems getting the washer installed and he was able to answer any questions we had.

Jack and Iilson were the best. Professional , friendly and helpful. I would also like to compliment the support staff, especially Sergie. There were two others whose names I cannot remember who helped in the scheduling issue I had because of a funeral. One started with E and a woman started with A.

They were on time, clean, and efficient, they were in and out in no time.

They guys did a good job, were friendly and on time.

They did not want to do it because they said it was broken, but the hot water knob was missing off the top so I had to do it myself after I paid for it not happy but the wash machine is good

Washer installation service was extremely fast and efficient!

BB kept me informed on delivery day and time. Delivery driver gave me 20 minute warning on arrival and had the old machine out and new one installed within 30 minutes. Friendly, efficient, clean service.

The two men that brought this washer were so careful when taking out my old washer and installing this new one. I am impressed with their professionalism.

Worst experience! The technician installed, test ran, but water just flushed outside all over the floor creating huge mess in the room. He said washer is damaged and asked me to call Best Buy Tech team to replace it. Later the BestBuy customer service informed that the process it wrong. I had to wait 24 hours again to get the product replaced. This time the technician was different. He said that the previous washer was actually good, but the hose was not connected to the sewer, so water just logged onto the floor. That caused a week delay in using the product. Not giving 1 star, just that the next technician was good. Recommending just that you should get lucky with better technician.

Yes it is a bit expensive but I love it. The large tub allows me to cut down my wash loads and my bedding comes out great. Really happy with it so far.
