Best Buy installers were quick and efficient with installation of washing machine.

My old washing machine Front Load Frigidaire stopped working after 10 years. The repair serviceman advised it was too expensive to repair. He recommended either a Samsung or LG front load washer. I did purchase a LG front load washer. It is wonderful. It is quiet. It does a great cleaning. It is relatively simple to use. Holds a larger amount of clothes than I have used before. It is a great machine.

The install guys were excellent. They were kind, fast, but also helpful in showing me how to start the washer and what the next steps were. THANK YOU!

Washer is very quiet and tub is nice and large. Does not have agiator which is great and no tangling of clothes. Dryer has a lots of panel choices for each load

The installation person was great! Turned out we needed a hose (that we didn't know we needed - would have been nice if the webside on the washer would have told us). The Installer basically said not to worry and took care of it. The installation was absolutely transparent and easy for us. Couldn't ask for more!

Delivered washer machine to my home carried it down to the basement and installed the water and steam hoses. Placed the washer on the pedestal and ensured everything was level. Tested machine to ensure it worked properly. Provided all of the washing machine manuals to me. I was extremely satisfied with the high level of service throughout the installation process..

I am reviewing the INSTALLATION only, not the products themselves. Our installers were from "Appliance Repair Heroes". 1. They removed our old washer, dryer, and dishwasher and left them in our front yard rather than hauling them away. "No room on the truck". Really? 2. Neither the washer nor the dryer were properly leveled. The dryer hose was not connected properly. Both of these errors were subsequently corrected by the excellent Geek Squad team who installed our dishwasher. 3. On the "plus" side, they did inform us of a damaged door on the original dishwasher, rather than installing it and leaving us to find the damage. 4. They were nice guys, so we tipped them. I wish we hadn't, when we discovered the washer/dryer issues after they departed.

I have owned this same model for 19 mos with no problems whatsoever. So, I bought this one for our son; it looks & works beautifully with no problems. To deal with any possibility of mildew, as mentioned in several reviews for front loaders, I wipe out the inside bottom lip on front rubber gasket, a quick swipe of the tub, leave open for a couple of hours, and I have never had that mildew smell that others have had. Delivery date was as scheduled; installation was flawless. Washer was a decent sale price. I highly recommend this particular model.

Excellent job. The person doing the installation knew what to do and was in and out in minimal time.

Very professional. I took the basement door and crown molding off prior to their arrival. They inspected and measured the entry path in 3 minutes, and were very up-front about the possibility of scraping up the outside of the new washer in my very narrow basement entry. Who cares? Doesn’t affect the washing and no one will see it but me. Hooked it up, started a deep wash cycle to remove whatever coating they put inside to protect during shipping, told me what to expect before it was ready to use, and left with the old one. It took them longer to get the old one out than to put the new one in, but were in and out in 20 minutes from parking the truck to pulling away. Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Install was quick. But that’s because he didn’t tighten the lines all the way and crossed them so the washer was showing an error because no hot water was going into the unit. I pulled the washer out and swapped the lines and tightened them so they didn’t leak but it just stinks when you pay someone to do something and you have to do it yourself anyway.
