Best Buy contracts a third party to deliver appliances. It won’t be the same company for each delivery so I’m sure others’ experiences with this service will vary. The guys who delivered my washer and dryer were super friendly, helpful, and quick to install. My only complaint was that they arrived over an hour after the delivery window with no phone call to tell us of the delay. Not a huge issue for me since it was a Saturday and I was home for most of the day, but I can see this being a problem for someone with a tight schedule. I realize Best Buy is relying on the third party to notify them of a delay but maybe there could be a better system to prevent it from happening or to notify the customer before or at the beginning of the delivery window.

I bought a samsung washer / dryer as well as best buy installation. I was really happy with the guys they sent to install the units. They removed my old units and also warned me of issues that they found that they recommended a plumber come out to inspect. They were really knowledgeable.

Men were wonderful and very professional. Fast with removal old machine and faster installation of new machines

They were at our home within 30 minutes from us receiving the call that they were on their way. You could tell that they've been doing this a long time as they knew what they were doing. They were fast, answered all my questions, and even went over how to use the products. I was quite pleased.

The delivery/installation crew was phenomenal. They had the washer and dryer unloaded and perfectly installed in around 15 minutes. Great job guys!

The gentlemen that came to install my washing machine were friendly, efficient, thorough and respectful. That kind of customer service isn't easy to come by these days. I appreciated all their help and it was worth the extra cost above the price of the washing machine.

I advise all who is reading this to not do business with Best buy the customer is the last person they are concerned with you will receive calls from people who don't understand English nothing will be done but your money will be taken

Best installers I have ever had delivery something. Did an excellent job and was fast!

Best Buy is excellent for service. Bought new washer - it was delivered and installed. After first use - with setting on cold - clothes came out steaming hot. Checked connection labels and cold and hot hooked up correctly. Called person that sold it to me and he had someone out at my earliest convenience. He said if they couldn’t fix would take and they would deliver a new one. They discovered hot/cold was labeled incorrectly at new house I bought. They reversed and it works perfectly. I was amazed at how quickly Best Buy responded and helped and that they asked me for a convenient time to come back rather than only giving me their options.

Guys were excellent. They did a great job. Very respectful of property.

The individual who installed the washer did an excellent job. She was a great communicator and everything went very smoothly.

When ordered, it was NO PROBLEM having the washer installed. It was done with professionalism, knowledgeable, and experienced team of men . It was processed in 25 minutes. Great machine after 3months , no problem and very quiet during operation !

I was a little skeptical when purchasing a Samsung washer but after using it. It turned out to be a great purchase. It’s quiet and cleans clothes relatively well. I haven’t tried large items like a comforter but everything else seems fine. Have had any problems. Installation was well done. I had a small entry way for where the washer was going to be located but the installers were able to work around it with a little extra elbow grease.

Matt and the other person with him, did an awesome job. He had the washer installed within 10 minutes. I don't remember the other young man's name, but they both did a wonderful job. Always have a great experience with the Geek Squad.
