the washer is installed so I guess they did a great job

I have owned this same model for 19 mos with no problems whatsoever. So, I bought this one for our son; it looks & works beautifully with no problems. To deal with any possibility of mildew, as mentioned in several reviews for front loaders, I wipe out the inside bottom lip on front rubber gasket, a quick swipe of the tub, leave open for a couple of hours, and I have never had that mildew smell that others have had. Delivery date was as scheduled; installation was flawless. Washer was a decent sale price. I highly recommend this particular model.

Got a call from the Geek Squad to let me know how far they were from my home (which you could monitor their movement). They came in and installed quickly and correctly with no issue. They went over the service agreement and if I wasn't satisfied within the 1st 30 days, I could contact the company and return without hassle. I signed off and all was set. Very much so appreciated.

Washer install was great. Gave a delivery time between 3 pm and 7 pm. Delivery team arrived a Little before 3 PM. Great job. Called and informed me they were on the wat.

Mediocre service. The first time the crew came, we were told to fix the corrosion. We did. 3 days later, a different crew came to install the washer and dryer. They didn’t test anything. They hooked the cold to hot, and hot to cold. They didn’t check to see if it was level. I threw in a load of rags on COLD, and it was washed on SCALDING HOT. Good thing it wasn’t a regular load, as it would have ruined my clothes. I only use cold to wash everything. My husband swapped the hoses. I noticed the machines were not aligned on their bases. So, yet another appointment needed to be made, another 4 days later. Again, a technician came out, leveled the washer, and explained to my husband that the clips needed screws for the washer to secure it. So, I went to the store, ordered the screws, only to get clamps without screws delivered. So, we went back to the store, and the manager gave us screws. Now, I made another appointment for service to get the screws installed . The person told us that only GE washers need screws, that LG doesn’t.

The delivery guys were amazing! They made sure my machines were leveled and removed my old washer and dryer with ease. They communicated everything they were doing and what I should expect.

Getting my washer installed by BB was great. They had an appointment available the day and time I wanted. They guys called ahead to say they were on their way. They arrived on time and were professional and polite. They made sure they didn't bang the wall carrying it upstairs and stayed to review the functions with me. They also cleaned up before they left.

This Washing machine installation service was great. Hauled away the old one, installed the new one in a quick professional way. Gave you a hassle free. But did not know that I need a new set of power cords for the machine to be connected to the outlet. I thought I already bought everything I need as recommended by the sale man at Best Buy store. The installer man offered me a new set (from the other customer) for $20 or I have to go get one and connect it myself later! What's the point to pay for installation services to have it done by myself? So I took the offer, ending up paying extra $20 cash so he got the new power cord set from the other customer to have it done for me! He then would need to stop by Home Depot to get the other new set for other customer as he said! So you need to clarify with the sale person of what you need for your new machine. Don't let it run into my case.

Best Buy installers were quick and efficient with installation of washing machine.

The installer was quick and polite on the change out of the washer.

The two guys that installed my new LG washing machine did a great job, They had to haul out my old front load machine and made quick work of that. They took time to explain a few things about my new machine and made sure it was working properly before they left.

I believe in letting a professional install items and Best Buy is good at that!

Easy to schedule, lots of reminders of date, time and how to be ready for the installation. Arrived right on time. Both installers wore face masks and gloves for Covid safety. Quick and efficient, but didn’t cut any corners. The most professional appliance installation we’ve experienced.

The installers were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I am very pleased with the service. Installers are clean, fast and courteous. They took the time to clean the area before installing and then explained where everything was. They turned on the machine to make sure it worked properly. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

The refrigerator has plenty of space and is very quiet. The original mode we wanted wasn’t available and the Best Buy team worked with us to get the one that was best for us. Very impressed with how the customer service and delivery team interactions went. The overall experience was great!

When ordered, it was NO PROBLEM having the washer installed. It was done with professionalism, knowledgeable, and experienced team of men . It was processed in 25 minutes. Great machine after 3months , no problem and very quiet during operation !
