Forgot to turn on water

A call to Maytag and they asked me to check to be sure the water was on. It wasn’t. I got behind the washer and turned on the water. It works great now. Really good washing machine .

Took two trip to set up

Don't follow Samsung directions for balance it and the Drain hose had to be cut at the end so it would fit down the hole. Samsung needs to train the delivery people better on the newer machines.
