They did pretty good. Came it and installed it quickly. It’s a little shaky now but I may need to make adjustments. However when they left everything worked perfectly. Awesome guys.

Ray and Franky did the washer delivery and install, and they were great. They arrived right at the start of the delivery window and were very friendly, fast, and efficient. They made sure to inform me about which detergent types work best in this type of washer and walked me through its use and the questions I had.

The gentlemen who installed my washer did a great job removing the old one and installing the new one. There were no problems and they took care of it quickly. They arrived when I expected them to.

Very nice guys tit the instalation . They where quick and clean . They knew what they where doing. Very helpful . And courtous .

Friendly fast and efficient service. Removed the ild units and installed the new in 30 min. Then took the time to point out things in the manuals. Will use this service again.

The installation process was the fastest installation I’ve experienced! It was literally not even 20 mins and they had the washer up and running! They even hauled the old one away in that time frame! Awesome service!

Installed but did not make washer and dryer level/even with each other. Dryer was up a couple inches. Came back and said they couldn't do anything and to go to Home Depot to get risers for the washer. Stopped in the store and manager said he would send installers back for the third time. Different men came who brought the feet of the dryer down so now even with washer. Also, original installers started the washer cycle with the owner's manual and other papers still in the tub so they were destroyed. But both appliances do work well.

Fast and smooth installation. No problems. Had to wait about a mont for installation but other than that, everything was good.

Call the head to make sure I was there. Couldn't drive up my driveway but still was able to carry the washing machine up the driveway then down to the basement. Once there they were knew what they were doing and they were done very quickly. I will always use Geek Squad.

Very professional, was kept in the loop on delivery time right up to the arrival. They were in and out and did a nice job. Also answered all of my questions. They hauled away my old washer. Hope Best Buy keeps hiring these guys...they did a nice job.

I was very satisfied with efficient, knowledgeable installation team. The whole process from appointment to completion worked like a charm! I was kept informed at all times, delivery was right on time and installation was done quite fast, without any issues.

Works just as expected. The only problem I had was that my house is old with tight doorways and hallways. It was a little touch and go whether or not it was going to be moved through the doorways into the basement. At one point the delivery guys said they wouldn’t take it to the basement.

Washer install was great. Gave a delivery time between 3 pm and 7 pm. Delivery team arrived a Little before 3 PM. Great job. Called and informed me they were on the wat.

I originally schedule for the after noon time slot but was contacted the day before asking if I could accept delivery earlier. I scheduled a later delivery for a reason but found no qualms in helping the delivery guys get my area knocked out earlier if he promised to get me at least an hour lead time on day of delivery. All the logistics worked out the day before was carried out perfectly by all but me! I'd promised to meet the delivery guys at a certain time and was called when I was fifteen minutes late. I'd completely forgotten. Despite me leaving the delivery crew waiting in my driveway for 1/2 an hour they were extremely cheerful. Installation was quick, they were extremely careful with the machine as well as my house, furniture, etc. and spent as much time necessary answering questions, testing, and teaching how to use the machine. They were so good I tipped them a dollar a minute and was only out $20!

2 men showed up and carried out new washer in amd installed it and also carried out the old washer to haul away all within 5 mins. Very fast and cautious when moving washers.very great service
