I felt extremely secure knowing that the new machine was installed properly and appreciated the overview of features and use. Great communication via text and ohone call leading up to installation which I appreciated. Also, removed my old machines at time of install, making this a smooth and successful process.

They had actually showed up earlier than the timeslot so a tiny hiccup there cause it wasn’t ready, but once they came back, it was very in and out efficient

Works great love my Samsung Washer. Very quiet and efficient. Washes clothes extremely well and love all the settings. If you maintain the maintenance with cleaning every month or so should lastg a long time.

Professional washer installation in Portland Oregon was nice and professional. They arrived during COVID wearing masks and mopped up after themselves when they caused a spill. The machine itself ran water in/out for about 15 minutes, causing us to think that it was defective, but after some troubleshooting our installers deemed it a boot up error and had us run a few cycles to confirm it was in working order. Overall a pleasant experience, BB modified my order due to delivery delays and messed up the install package (somehow no parts were ordered, despite them being on my order confirmation e-mail, and required for installation service). The installers had spares and were happy to add them in.

Received the washer as scheduled. The installers did an excellent job of removing and replacing the previous washer. The system runs very quiet and performs as expected. Will have to use the system for awhile to see that it performs over time but currently working very well.

Holds lots of clothes in one load. Spin cycle takes out excess water.

I didn't realize this came from Best Buy - I already reviewed on Samsung.com. But anyway - Install team was excellent, very professional. The entire process took ~20-30 minutes, and the installers gave a brief overview of the appliance. Highly recommend.

I purchased a Samsung washing machine and it wasn't working properly. Best Buy replaced it with no questions asked. The second time I got an Insignia washer and it also had a problem. Once again, Best Buy replaced it with no problem. In all cases the delivery, pick up, and installation was professional and seamless. I highly recommend Best Buy for their customer service. It is top notch. The third time was the charm and the washer works perfectly.

The bestbuy team was great installing my new washer! They had it up and running in about 10 minutes!
