This is our first large appliance from Best Buy, and new technology that was unfamiliar to us. The two gentlemen who made the delivery speedily removed the old machine and quickly installed the new. Even though they worked quite well together and the job was done in what I wound consider "record time", they also kindly took the time to show us how to use the different features, and answer our questions until we felt even more satisfied with our purchase. EXCELLENT job! Thank you!!!!

The Best Buy team does a great job of hiring people that do a great job with delivery/installation. 2 young guys delivered our appliances to our new house and wore their masks, booties and were very careful not to damage our walls, etc. They then showed us briefly how to use our appliances and asked if we had any questions. I have had them deliver appliances in the past and would never buy anywhere else because of the quality customer service.

Professional and FREE installation of my new, high-tech washing machine!

Just moved to our new home and installed whirlpool washer and dryer. It’s looks beautiful and work great!

I had BestBuys subcontractor install my washing machine since it was a requirement from my local utility that I have it 'professionally installed' in order to qualify for a rebate. They arrived on time, were professional, courtious, and helped showing a few things on the washing machine before they left. Initially I thought it was a bit of a ripoff as I could have done this myself, but in the end I was busy with other home improvement tasks and was happy they were here to handle it.
