Great Installation

They unpacked the washer and placed it in the designated place. It is a tight place in a pass-through between the garage and the kitchen of the house. This replacement unit is larger than the older washer. But they made the connections, tested the unit to ensure that it worked properly. They also gave me a quick tutorial on the operation of the unit.

Somewhat disappointed

I had a level and showed him, but he ignored me and left. I had to level the washer, myself. No big deal, except I am 84 years old.

Beware of Best Buy’s 3rd party delivery partners

The installers were unprofessional, they opened the gas line hose without first inspecting the work area and come to find out, the hose size they brought and opened was incorrect. They then went back and forth with me about how I had to reschedule my appointment because they didnt have any additional hoses that for my gas line connection. They then spoke amongst themselves and all of a sudden the guy goes to his truck and brings the correct hose back and tells me I’m going to have to pay for both hoses. Even tho it was his fault for not checking the work area first to make sure everything was correct. Unprofessional. Then his partner was looking around my house which made me feel super uncomfortable
