Very fad and efficient set up . Professional and timely. Showed up on time and completed work and left no mess behind.

Staff did an absolute phenomenal job on removing my old washer and installing my new one. They were also knowledgeable and able to demonstrate to my husband some of the features. They are also the real MVP, as my old washer stopped working and the door was locked so we couldn't open it to release the water. One of them accidentally caught their shorts on the door and it magically decided to unlock and open. It was bad! But they held their composure, went above and beyond, and still installed my new washer.

The salesperson Veronica was outstanding. She was helpful and not driven to sell but to guide to what was needed. She looked up differences, ratings and pricing to make this a great experience. Washer purchases not know for that. The product met the need and was a good quality , reliable product so far. Knowing best buys warranty policies helps tremendously too as my old washer failed after less than 5 yrs. The delivery-installation crew were excellent too.They were prompt, polite, extremely helpful and were knowledgeable. They were very careful with the product coming in and the removal of the old washer. Wilfred was great. It was installed with new hosing and everything was checked from leaking hoses from the water source. The drain hose was secured properly and all the cycles check before they would leave. Highly recommend his team!

I have used the washer and dryer about 7 times since installed and both units have done a good job. Installers did a great job installing the products. They were not helpful in-regards to connecting to the app/internet, I had to show them how to connect. One of the installers did not care and the other was supersized how easy it was to perform connection to the app/internet.

Installers called beforehand with an arrival time. Had the old washer out and new washer in in no time. They were very careful and respectful. Handled the installation quickly and checked to make sure everything was working. They did a great job! Would definitely recommend our delivery/installation guys!

Young men who delivered and installed my washer was respectful, wore their masks and quickly installed it, tested all the hoses and left. This was my second washer. The first one was defected, leaked water all over the floor during the spin cycle. This group was also quick, respectful, wore their masks, turn on the washer, checked the hose connections and left. The installer was an older gentleman so he took out his leveler and made sure the washer was leveled on the floor. The second group didn’t. I did my own leveling. Both groups were good people.

This is the best washer I've owned by far. It is quiet, large inside to accommodate a king size comforter, and it dispenses the correct amount of detergent because you can pre fill the machine. This is 1000x better than my former Whirlpool Cabrio washing machine. Highly recommend!

I was working while it was being delivered, but I was upstairs and they delivered it into the basement. They took out the old wash machine and put in the new one before I even knew it. They were quiet, polite, said hi to the pets and kids.... HIGHLY recommend
