Installer didn't have flashlight, had to come back

First time, they arrived late in the delivery window and it was after dark; the alleyway access to the back door (where the laundry room is) was not lit and installer decided against installing that evening because pathway was too dark. Rescheduled for morning delivery several days later (no charge to reschedule) and install was completed successfully.

They removed the shipping bolts and left them in case I move, leveled the washer and attached the hoses. They started up a cycle and one of the men explained the importance of letting it run through as it does setup and calibration so that the washer will function correctly.
