The delivery crew was on time and even called when they were on their way. Installation was fast and efficient. They even put the washer through a test cycle to make sure that everything was working properly. Not one piece of cardboard or styrofoam was brought into my house. It all stayed outside and was removed.

What excellent service! Best Buy technicians installed my washer and dryer literally perfectly. They were very communicative about the scheduling, right on time, swift, prepared, efficient, friendly and clean. They were respectful of masking and used shoe covers. When they ran into a problem with the dryer plug, they gave me clear instructions and promised to return as soon as I could get an electrician to change the outlet. They did exactly as they promised, returning to finish the job at no additional charge. I could not be happier with the service, and will definitely use Best Buy for all my future appliance purchases and installations.

They were in and out fast. The went above and beyond to make sure my appliances were level and that very thing was working. Very kind people.

The installer that came to our home to install our washer and dryer was excellent, very professional and courteous. He was prompt, respectful, and pleasantly answered my wife’s questions and concerns. He and his assistant were by far the most pleasant local team members we have encountered throughout this difficult purchase process. He did his best to help our situation to the best of his ability. I’m very appreciative at a time he took to try and resolve the issues, however, the rest of this purchase experience has been terrible. I will be following up on the problems that we encountered through local management regarding the disrespectful way we were treated by other employees. I’m sure I will be returning the purchase based mainly on that factor as well as others.

Guys came out and installed our washer and steam lines on top of a pedestal washer. Sounds like a lot when I type it out! So we have the main washer on top of a pedestal washer and then also have the matching dryer that also requires water plumbing lines to supply steam to the dryer, so there’s a lot going on back there and they got it all tied in and running and haven’t had any leaks or problems at all.

the installers were in and out so fast that i felt they didn't take the little extra time to make sure the machine was level and where he was going to leave it wasn't even square with the wall. i had to move it so it looked straight. it's still not completely level, but it's close enough for them i guess. they unboxed it at the curb and brought it in and removed the old one with no mishaps so all went smooth and they were careful. all in all it was a good install, i just wish he would have made sure that it was level. i think these new machines are very sensitive in that aspect. i did not appreciate haveing to pay $30. for hoses to make the warranty good. thats a rip off.

We got the guys from Best Buy to do the installation for us and they did a great job. They called us 30 minutes before they arrived, took out our old washer, made sure everything was working, and had the job completed within a matter of minutes. No complaints.

My old washing machine broke and repairs were going to cost as much as buying a new washing machine. As a member of Best Buy tech, the installation and taking away the old washing machine was included in the purchase price. The installers were professional and did the job quickly and correctly. They removed the old washer and installed the new washer and made sure it worked. They were polite, courteous and professional.

Though it took a week and a 1/2 for me to get it installed, when the Geek Squad got here they were fast courteous and helpful. This set it up right away for me so I could stay washing.

the men that installed my washer were very knowledgeable about the machine and installed it in a little amount of time, they did a great job and should get a raise for the work that they do.

My laundry closet makes attaching the hoses and cords a bit challenging, water valves and outlets are a few feet away from the access panel, so you need a long reach. These guys did a great job installing my washer despite the challenging location

They called when they were on their way, the lead guy knew what he was doing, led the install, ensured all fittings were secure, ran a test cycle, removed the old washer, didn't leave a mess and was completed quickly. What more can you ask for?

Washier is super quite and washes well so far. I have it just for a month. Loving it
