Washer and dryer installation was fast and free with purchase.

So I had this dryer for only three weeks. I brought it alongside with the washer. But the washer was recalled. Since I wanted my washer to match my dryer, I sent it back. What I would say is Samsung service wasn't that great but Best buy went above and beyond to make sure I was as happy and gladly replaced both my washer and dryer. I'd definitely recommend Best Buy but with the on going issues with Samsung products, I would consider going with another brand next time only from Best Buy...

They delivery crew was awesome. Delivered and connected new washer and dry quickly. Also tested products before leaving. Awesome job.

After installation I had to get Them to return to balance the machine.

I am a property manager and has to manage a lot of properties. I cannot install everything myself, plus I cannot even move the appliance by myself anyway. If I have to hire a handyman or mover, it will cost me more money. Being using BestBuy installation is made my life easy. I just buys the appliance and I do not need to present at the rental. BestBuy installation team will take care install new machine and take the old one away. To take the old one away, you do need to pay $15 disposal fee which is very worth it.

Where i thought the washer and dryer would go, didn't work out due to how the door opens on the washer. I ended up moving plumbing and putting them in the middle of the laundry room. The guys first put them where i originally wanted them, moved them back to the garage and then came back out when the plumbing was moved. Had to deal with an uneven floor and stack the dryer. After all this, they were still patient enough to walk me through the basics of using the items and the importance of draining the washer periodically. Great job!

Our new home required advance purchase with delivery at alater date. Best Buy was excellent with the arranged delivery. A time block was provided for the install, we were told what to expect prior to their arrival. The install team of team worked efficiently to unpack and move our appliances three flights of stairs to the laundry room. The setup was completed in a professional manner, with user instructions and some quick pointers provided by the install crew. We would like to extend a big thank you to them for making this happen.
