Installers arrived on time, completed the installation, and removed the old unit very efficiently.

I wish i could give zero stars. Install was terrible. Crew arrived at my home and seemed miserable. Maybe they were having a bad day, but not our fault. Before they left we asked if they tested the washer. They said yes, they always test and confirm its working correctly. I tipped them $20. After they left, I noticed that the washer wasn't even plugged in and later realized they reversed the hot and cold water. They lied my face when i asked it they tested it. Wish I had that $20 back. They also couldn't install the dryer because they said that they had the wring LP conversion kit. When they brought the old dryer back, they said they couldn't reconnect the vent because of a problem with the pan. The next day, i had a plumber come by to fix it. They said there was no problem and connected the vent. Took them less than 10 minutes. Now Best Buy wants to reschedule delivery of the dryer. There is no way I'm letting those guys back in my home. I tried calling Best Buy customer service a couple of times and even stopped by the store and nobody was any help. I will be cancelling the everything and happily go elsewhere. I'm done with Best Buy.

Washer installation I THOUGHT went well. Then when I turned on the washer for the first time it made a HORRIBLE racket. LOUD. I did some googling on installing a GE washer and discovered that there are 2 brackets on the back of the washer that needs to be removed. We pulled the washer out and the brackets were still there! Wow! We got them off, pushed the washer back in place and started it back up. QUIET as expected. You would think guys that install these all day, all month, all year would know how to do it correctly. Especially when the customer pays extra for the service.
