Washer installation was right on time as scheduled. Communication was great with delivery men as they called that morning to confirm delivery time and again to notify about 20 minutes away. Men arrived and professionally disconnected and hauled off broken washer and carefully installed new washer taking care to not dent or scratch the washer. Made sure washer was balanced, working properly without leaks and were on their way about 15 minutes later. Men were very friendly, professional and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend Best Buy delivery and installation.

The install guys were excellent. They were kind, fast, but also helpful in showing me how to start the washer and what the next steps were. THANK YOU!

Installation was fast and efficient. The technicians followed mask regulations and were courteous enough to check the products by running a test cycle before they left. Sometimes it's good to just save the effort and any headache.

Did a great job on removal and getting the washer in place. Very professional but they did switch the hot and cold hoses which I fixed easily but was annoyed at first.

Had new washer and dryer installed. Previously had new fridge and chest freezer delivered and installed by Best Buy with no issues. Was concerned because our washer and dryer hookups are located upstairs and we have somewhat tight interior stairwell with a 90 degree angle. Last washer I purchased was years ago with another store and they had a challenge getting the washer up the stairs. Our movers at the time had to help them. Fast forward to present, and the Best Buy installers had zero issues moving the old washer and dryer away and installing the new ones with the stairs. Very friendly and on time with window calling us when they were a few mins away. Was up and running in about 30 mins.

Great job on the washer installation, They were on time, neat and quick. Loved having the option of having best buy offer this and not having to call a plumber and wait for them. It was delivered and installed in one shot. Thanks!!

After a few DIY projects, I'm really glad I got Best Buy to install the washer. I don't mind messing up and taking a few tries, but I was worried if I didn't do the cords right I would get a swimming pool on the floor. It was stressful thinking about how heavy it was and the cords and doing that all by myself. I was quite grateful Best Buy was fast and had the tools to get the job done. It was great too-- unlike Lowe's where you could not schedule a date and time online yet they want your money. Lowe's live chat was useless when I tried to ask them the response was "Call the store" Gee Lowes' why even bother with a website? Sure it was cheaper, but you get what you pay for. Best buy I could pick the time( in a four hour window) and the exact date I wanted. While it cost more to get my washer and dryer installed this was a key factor in my decision to go to Best Buy. How nice to sked when I'm off from work and convenient for me without being on the phone all day long. I love the internet!!

Friendly guys showed up on time very courteous installed in a quick timely manner would recommend. PS This was the geek squad They are always good. But when you get these third-party contractors it all goes downhill

The Geek Squad guys were great. Installed our new washer and dryer. They were friendly, efficient, and did a neat and clean job. They also came back to install the pedestals that we ordered a few days later and did a good efficient job with them also. Our compliments, they did a great job!

Great Installation Team and happy with the washer so far.

We shopped around for our combo washer/dryer and Best Buy was able to give us the best deal AND the quickest deliver. The delivery people were polite, efficient, and thorough. I was surprised how careful they were in moving the large combo washer/dryer through the house and down to the basement. They did a good job setting it up and testing it.

This was a negative installation experience of a washing machine. The window provided was 12:30-4:30. I was about to join a one-on-one work meeting at 10:55am when I got a text message that the washing machine was about to arrive - causing me to need to reschedule my meeting! The highest priority of the installation people seemed to be speed. They were not careful, jamming the washing machine into the pan in the closet, not taking care to not dislodge the pan from its drain, and even trying to push the washing machine through the open bi-fold door seeming not to notice that it was there! Then they had me sign off to confirm they had completed a checklist. I noted that they had not leveled the washing machine nor had they demonstrated its use as indicated on the checklist. Installation guy responds, "It's in the pan, so it's level." (Huh? What does it being in the pan have to do with it being level. It was not level.) And "I gave you the instruction manual." (This is considered the same as a demonstration??) In the end, the washing machine was installed, not leveled and with some damage to the bi-fold door and a wall in my home. So lesson learned. I will not select Best Buy for appliance installations in the future.

The first time my washer came. I don't know if there was a defect or if it wasn't installed correctly. So I called to get a replacement, they were very quick with the replacement, the next guy's put it in and everything has worked perfectly

Works just as expected. The only problem I had was that my house is old with tight doorways and hallways. It was a little touch and go whether or not it was going to be moved through the doorways into the basement. At one point the delivery guys said they wouldn’t take it to the basement.
