They showed up on time, were personable and professional and cleaned up after themselves. I was more than pleasantly surprised with the time that it took to complete the job and remove my old washer.

My first washer came damaged -they quickly filed a claim and set me up with a customer rep. (Disappointed by the handling of the store associates but this review is about the installers). Second washer comes and it turns out my shut off valve was threaded. They left and once I had the plumber fix it they came back and installed a few days later. Some bumps in the road, but all handled well by the installers. Five stars for them!
