This washer we ordered worked great overall except for that one small issue. It broke and poured over 12 gallons of water all over my first floor. I practically flooded the place. We requested for a repair and the Best Buy associate was very helpful had a new machine out in less than 3 days. It’s been a few weeks now and no incident I recommend also buy the extended warranty plan so that you don’t deal with “I should’ve could’ve would’ve incidents.

The install was multiple days since the washer was damaged by a fork lift, then when the new one came it started leaking. The hose to the washer was damaged

The installer that came to our home to install our washer and dryer was excellent, very professional and courteous. He was prompt, respectful, and pleasantly answered my wife’s questions and concerns. He and his assistant were by far the most pleasant local team members we have encountered throughout this difficult purchase process. He did his best to help our situation to the best of his ability. I’m very appreciative at a time he took to try and resolve the issues, however, the rest of this purchase experience has been terrible. I will be following up on the problems that we encountered through local management regarding the disrespectful way we were treated by other employees. I’m sure I will be returning the purchase based mainly on that factor as well as others.

I've been using this washer for 1 month now and It is incredibly simple to operate. Pretty much self-explanatory, this machine is perfect as it is and is pretty quiet, The huge tub handles the task with ease. Same with big towel loads and sheets, I would recommend.

They did a great job with delivery and install! In and out within 30 minutes.

the men that installed my washer were very knowledgeable about the machine and installed it in a little amount of time, they did a great job and should get a raise for the work that they do.

We received free installation with our TotalTech Membership and were very pleased with the professionalism displayed by the installers. They are top-notch, worked efficiently and made it look effortless! The MKE team that services the Kenosha store should be very proud of their installation team. They unboxed, hauled the old machine out, brought the new one up a flight of stairs to get into the house and took it down a flight of stairs to install it and hooked it up all within about 20 minutes. They were by far some of the best installers I have worked with.

What a fabulous team I dealt with Jason and his partner(sorry didn’t catch his name) helped coordinate a big issue with the other outstanding employee, Kiana. If geek squad canceled my order that day it would’ve been a big problem but they called and told me to sort it out at the store and that’s where Kiana went above and beyond fixing the problem and calling all the other stores. Whenever I go into Best Buy I go look for her and always hope I get these geek squad installers. Great great experience!

We got the guys from Best Buy to do the installation for us and they did a great job. They called us 30 minutes before they arrived, took out our old washer, made sure everything was working, and had the job completed within a matter of minutes. No complaints.

the installers were in and out so fast that i felt they didn't take the little extra time to make sure the machine was level and where he was going to leave it wasn't even square with the wall. i had to move it so it looked straight. it's still not completely level, but it's close enough for them i guess. they unboxed it at the curb and brought it in and removed the old one with no mishaps so all went smooth and they were careful. all in all it was a good install, i just wish he would have made sure that it was level. i think these new machines are very sensitive in that aspect. i did not appreciate haveing to pay $30. for hoses to make the warranty good. thats a rip off.
