Third Party Installers Need More Oversight

We called Best Buy Coordinator Sierra and she made sure that the second Third Party Installers were just great. We originally expected the Geek Squad but found out a third party would be installing the appliances.

My Two Installers In A Rental Truck

However, they were clearly frustrated because they struggled to hook it all up for about an hour. I understood when they spoke English to me. But, they spoke their language to each other throughout their struggles. I would have preferred they maintained the English language while here. I would have understood what was going on. Why they were struggling so much. I have never seen such a tangled mess as they did. It should be VERY simple. They even used zip ties on everything to make sure nothing came apart. I've never seen anyone do this. It really isn't complicated at all. But, it all works.
