The men called and gave us heads up on what time they would arrive to do the work. When they arrived they unhooked the hoses from our old machine but said they were afraid to put pressure on the faucet area to remove the old hose connection. (I had sprayed it with WD-40 anticipating possible problem) They did leave the new LG washer in the garage and removed the old one.

This is a new house so they didn't have to carry away old machines.

Good communication the day before and day of to set up a time to be there for the install. Great guys and would recommend them to come to your place to install your appliances any day
