Amazing tech service!!

My most favorite of all is the the tech that came in to install and also did the diagnostic for it. He came twice as I had an issue with the machine and he got it resolved. Amazing customer service and very knowledgeable. I rated very high because of him. Definitely a great asset to the company. Wish I remembered his name. Thank you again to the tech!!
