Excellent service and amazing expertise!!! Very fast and efficient -great service!!!!

Installation was a breeze for these guys. They took care of our house by being extra cautious going upstairs to install the washer. Removed old washer and install all new hardware in less then an hour for both washer, dryer and stands. Thanks.

Purchased to replace a set we had for several years and a few moves. Hated to see them go but after a few visits to replace worn out parts, felt it was a better investment to buy new. Bestbuy showed up on time. Installed our new machine. Removed the one this replaced. Had us up and running in record time. Yes, I probably could have done it by myself but why when professional can save you time. Thanks

When the installation finally happened, it was fine. The crew was quick and respectful. However, before and after was a nightmare. I purchased the display model because it could be delivered quickly. The night before delivery, I received a phone call saying my item was 'no longer available' and I had to go pick something else with no explanation. go to the store and they are confused, and advise me to wait 'just in case' it gets delivered. It doesn't. Meanwhile, my money is not being refunded! The next day, I get an email that it IS available and to schedule delivery. Again. When the machine is delivered, it is missing the paperwork (though as a floor model I had confirmed first it was available). Turns out you cannot CALL the store... it goes to a central operator who can't help me. I tried multiple times to get the paperwork and no one called me back. I missed a whole day of work because of best buys problems with scheduling and again, got no offer to help financially. Such a disappointing experience except for the actual installation crew.

Very pleased with the installation. The installers arrive on time, were quick, efficient, and courtious.

I advise all who is reading this to not do business with Best buy the customer is the last person they are concerned with you will receive calls from people who don't understand English nothing will be done but your money will be taken

Delivery and installation went very smoothly. Tyron and Kenny were very efficient, courteous, and careful. They put down a blanket to protect the tile floor, carefully removed the washer being replaced, cleaned up the small amount water leaked and professionally installed and tested the new machine. Tyron went over the basic operation of the washer and made sure we were satisfied with the delivery and installation, which we were. Kudos to both men on their courtesy and professionalism.

They did an excellent job, friendly, and fast service. Don't take a chance of getting hurt or breaking/drop the appliance doing it yourself. If you break it, your out of luck. If they drop it, you get a new one.

The gentlemen that came to install the washer were very courteous, worked well together, allowed time for us to clean behind the washer they removed before installing the new one. Aric made sure the new washer was all hooked up correctly, showed us how to use the machine, waited until he could see it drained as it should without any issues, was very pleasant and answered all of our questions. We had a little issue with our water hookups and he made suggestions on what to do to correct it. If I purchase from Best Buy again and can request a person to deliver, it would be Aric. Well done!!

The guys took care of removing my old washing machine and installing the new. They did a very good job.

Excellent experience with our washer/dryer install. The two installers arrived within the expected window. They were friendly and pleasant to work with. I asked for a few minutes to clean the area after the old appliances were removed and they graciously accomodated me. Appliances were installed and I was given a brief overview. Based on my overall experience with Best Buy I will return for other major appliance purchases.

Our install was great. The two young men were awesome. They made sure everything was working before leaving. I would get my heavy products installed anytime.
