alright installation
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.so they came on time and fast - too fast cuz they got other installations. so it's mostly about what i didn't like 1. too fast, rushed everything 2. unpacked everything outside which is fine, but be there so you don't miss any tools or manuals that come with your washer/dryer. 3. left small scratches on my washer & dryer. don't let them use a hand-truck. 4. didn't level my washer & dryer so i had to go find a wrench and do it myself. also you're going to need a leveler. 5. cut my venting aluminum in half for no reason. had to get somebody and do it all over again. waste of money and time there!!! 6. tangled my water hoses so i had to untangle them. overall, i had to do everything by myself after they left. and this is the only negative review i have ever written for a BB product/service. maybe i just happened to have the lazy ones come over and do the installation.

The guy in charge could not install.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The guy in charge could not install the Samsung washer, because we had not bought the proper connection between the faucet and the waterhose. We told him that in that case he should not install and come back on a later date. Then he told us he had an used connector on the truck. We could get it free of charge, if we would pay him a small fee. We thought that was not correct at all.
