Service was fast and they were 15min early. 2 men brought it in and hooked it up without any issues. No damage done to the home.

After the installation of our new Washer & Dryer. The 2 installation people had left. I checked the level of washer and dryer. They were not level. I had to level them myself. That's when I noticed that you need a skinny wrench to easily adjust the 2 adjusting nuts. They did not leave the skinny wrench. Also when we ran the dryer, the laundry room becamer warmer. I looked behing the dryer, and the new aluminum exhaust hose was not attached to the wall. It had fallen off, when they pushed the Dryer into place. I had to reinstall this. The exhaust on the Dryer was bent on the bottom. Had to straighten before I could clamp the exhaust hose to the Dryer tightly. PS: The Skinny wrench is shown in the Washer-Dryer manuals as included in the package. Do no recommend BestBuy installation

Great service! The guys were very fast and professional. They took the old washer out. Then they installed the new washer and made sure it turned on and started a basis cycle!

Although I did not have them do the installation (required new hoses, my old ones were fine) they agreed to level the washer. I did not purchase an under-washer drawer stand/riser until later. They leveled it just fine (easy to do). But I found out when I installed the riser stand 2 weeks later that they had not tightened the lock nuts on the washer legs. With all the vibration from spinning loads, the washer legs would have moved and the washer would have gone out of level on its own. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, they probably just forgot to lock the legs.

Polite, Considerate, & Professional... I can count how many times I got the service that the Delivery team brought to this order... this is the first in the 30 years purchasing large appliances that this crew really were beyond what was expected... and the guys where spot on with the customer service... I believe the lead was Terike and Miguel which and there was another service tech... Please give these guys a bonus because I am a stickler for Customer Service and they could be the trainers for your program... Really, YOU SHOULD GIVE THEM A BONUS! THEY WERE GREAT...Yes I really am shouting this out.

The delivery of my LG washing machine was flawless. I had already moved my old washing machine out of my utility room to a location near my house's entry door to allow the delivery men to easily remove it. The delivery men came at a time within their delivery time window, I checked the new washing machine for damage prior to them bringing into my house, and they moved it to my utility room and left it where I requested. They then removed my old washing machine. I wanted to do my own hookups to hot and cold water and the drain which were very easy (I'm a mechanical engineer). I am 100% satisfied and think the washer is fantastic!
