They did a great job on the install. Very professional and they took the extra time to make sure they didn't hit any walls or doors. My only gripe is they hooked up the hot/cold hoses backwards. I still recommend, out of everything that could have gone wrong im happy that was it.

I was reminded of the delivery date and time. Installers called when they were on their way. They arrived on time and installed quickly and professionally. Installers were polite, respectful, and knowledgeable.

I purchase new washer and the installation are the best. The technician call 30 minutes prior he arrive. The installation process is fast and professional.

The installation, once the washer was delivered, was quick and professionally done. The installer demonstrated how to use the washer, and verified that the hoses for hot and cold water wrre correctly connected. The delivery was a day late, causing me to arrange for two days waiting for the delivery.

INSTALLATION WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALY. TWO MEN CAME IN AND TOOK OUT OLD UNIT WITHIN MINUTES AND BROUGHT IN NEW WASHER AND DRYER AND CHANGED SIDE THE DRYER DOOR WAS ON QUICKLY AND DID THEIR JOB WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS

Install techs arrived during stated time frame. They contacted me about 15 minutes before arrival. They were quick and efficient

[Employee of bestbuy] Professional installers that not only knew what they were doing, but made recommendations based off of where my washer was being placed.

Did not use the U bracket to put the water outlet hose into the stand pipe. Directly put the output hose into the stand pipe and tightened it with a plastic strap. Per the LG washer installation instructions, the outlet hose is supposed to drape over over the U bracket and then go into the stand pipe. Neither did they leave the U bracket with me. I had to call Best Buy multiple times to get a U Bracket shipped to me. Other than that, they did a nice and quick installation.

Can not say enuf about the delivery team. I have been in customer service as a sales consultant for 27 yrs and this is the single best personal Experience I have ever had with any company and it’s not close. Thank you. I couldn’t be home for the delivery of the washer and dryer so had to dump that on my wife, who is a stay at home mom and we have 9 kids. These guys took care of everything. Way past their job description. Thank u Best Buy. U just won a customer for life and that delivery team deserves a raise I promise u

The bestbuy team was great installing my new washer! They had it up and running in about 10 minutes!

I got new washer for my home a few ago and purchased the installation process as part of it. Even though I know how to do many home repairs, I decided to have the installation added to my purchase. That was a good idea, the area were I have the new unit installed was too far from the original but they had with them the required plumbing connectors and left my home with the washer working. I would had struggle to figure out what I needed to buy, spend time looking for it. It took them about ten minutes to properly connect the washer. By the way, price for the installation is very reasonable.

The install guys were excellent. They were kind, fast, but also helpful in showing me how to start the washer and what the next steps were. THANK YOU!

Great! Highly recommend Best Buy installation. I’ve used delivery and installation several times. That’s why I shop at Best Buy. This time was for a washer and dryer. I also chose to have them take my old units out. So easy.

I love my new washing machine. The tub is huge, it's quiet and has many settings. It works better than a dream.

The install of our LG washer was fast and flawless. The installer explained what he was doing, and did it in a rapid, skilled manner. Clean and neat work area at the end of the install. Courteous, professional worker.
