The delivery process of the washer appliance left a lot to be desired. Note that this delivery was performed by a third party delivery service, not Best Buy. We had taken measurements of our door frame into our basement prior to the purchase of this washer, and ensured it would fit (there was a machine already downstairs in the basement with the same dimensions which was placed in the basement after finishing the home). On the day prior to delivery, we cleared our basement entry area and removed the stair bannister to accommodate. The technicians arrived and took measurements and said the washer was not going to fit and they could not move forward. Additionally, they also insisted we needed to remove our door frame to get down into the basement. I opted to have them deliver the washer on my first floor to not risk having to wait a long time for a new delivery window. After they left, my partner and I got the washer into the basement WITHOUT removing the door frame and also hauled the existing washer out of our basement onto the first floor. I called Best Buy to file a complaint and was told I would have a different crew come to haul away the existing washer. Despite calling and filing a complaint, the same crew showed up for the haul away, which was infuriating. The crew was rude each time. I hesitate to buy an appliance with Best Buy again if I have to deal with 3rd party delivery services. The best advice I can give to a prospective customer is to investigate who is performing the delivery and lower their expectations if it is indeed a 3rd party. The installation itself was fine, but again the delivery was a disappointment.

Delivery guys were nice, problem was they installed our washing machine at a different house. They tried to contact that customer with no success. They offered us the machine that the other customer was supposed to get, but it was a step down from what we had ordered and lacked features we wanted. Unfortunately it took another week and half before we could get our correct order.

The technician did a great job of installing washing machine. He tested it and made sure it worked properly.
