Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.took the old machine away hooked up the new machine and left it out a little as it had been many years since the machine had been moved and needed to sweep and mop before I put the new machine in place. Assured delivery man, I could push it in place it is quite easy to move. he advised me about the drain hose and the cinch-cord. Everything worked out perfectly. Figured out buttons and washed my first load today 3/12/2020

Didn't level the washer as promised

I also paid for installation, but while they did hook up both appliances, they did not level either of them before leaving. Leveling the washer is explicitly listed as part of the installation package. Pretty frustrated that I paid for this service and still had to have a friend come over later to level the washer so I could use it (I'm 6 months pregnant and not crawling around on floors these days).
