Service was excellent. They not only properly installed my washing machine, but they also cleaned up so there was no mess. I was so pleased I ordered another appliance, needing installation, through Best Buy.

Our installers were fantastic. They were quick, capable and efficient, and offered solutions to challenging fit issues in our park model.

I think I deserve that gift card because my order never showed up on the day it was supposed to. I ended up having to pick everything up from the store myself — really poor service. At this point, I don’t see any reason to keep the membership.

The installation went well. The guys actually arrived early. They even had to remove our refrigerator door in order to get through the doorway. Both guys were polite & seemed knowledgeable.

Our installers were very punctual, very efficient and also extremely pleasant. The job was done very quickly and without mess.

The two individuals who handled our installation were excellent. Kept us advised of when they would arrive and were quick, thorough and courteous. Handled the washer and dryer with care and left the install area spotless.

What excellent service! Best Buy technicians installed my washer and dryer literally perfectly. They were very communicative about the scheduling, right on time, swift, prepared, efficient, friendly and clean. They were respectful of masking and used shoe covers. When they ran into a problem with the dryer plug, they gave me clear instructions and promised to return as soon as I could get an electrician to change the outlet. They did exactly as they promised, returning to finish the job at no additional charge. I could not be happier with the service, and will definitely use Best Buy for all my future appliance purchases and installations.

The team that delivered and installed the washer/dryer combo were friendly, efficient, and respectful of property. They hauled away the old set and gave me a chance to clean the area before setting up the new set. They clearly were experienced at setting up the washer, dryer, and pedestal washer. They cleaned up all the packaging trash from the new set.

Call the head to make sure I was there. Couldn't drive up my driveway but still was able to carry the washing machine up the driveway then down to the basement. Once there they were knew what they were doing and they were done very quickly. I will always use Geek Squad.

What a fabulous team I dealt with Jason and his partner(sorry didn’t catch his name) helped coordinate a big issue with the other outstanding employee, Kiana. If geek squad canceled my order that day it would’ve been a big problem but they called and told me to sort it out at the store and that’s where Kiana went above and beyond fixing the problem and calling all the other stores. Whenever I go into Best Buy I go look for her and always hope I get these geek squad installers. Great great experience!

I was very satisfied with efficient, knowledgeable installation team. The whole process from appointment to completion worked like a charm! I was kept informed at all times, delivery was right on time and installation was done quite fast, without any issues.

The installation person did a great job, he answered my questions and installed it properly.

They did a great job on the install. Very professional and they took the extra time to make sure they didn't hit any walls or doors. My only gripe is they hooked up the hot/cold hoses backwards. I still recommend, out of everything that could have gone wrong im happy that was it.

We received free installation with our TotalTech Membership and were very pleased with the professionalism displayed by the installers. They are top-notch, worked efficiently and made it look effortless! The MKE team that services the Kenosha store should be very proud of their installation team. They unboxed, hauled the old machine out, brought the new one up a flight of stairs to get into the house and took it down a flight of stairs to install it and hooked it up all within about 20 minutes. They were by far some of the best installers I have worked with.
