Aggravating

The afternoon window did not work for me as it would interfere with my 3 yr olds naptime. I asked that they try to make it later than 9 am. They called me at 7:25 am and said the would be arriving in 15 minutes. I said no- my 3 yr old was sleeping and they were not scheduled to arrive that early. They showed up and sat in my driveway until 8:00. They also left behind the hook ups for the water lines. I did not need them. Rather than take them away, I had to drive them back for a refund. They did an adequate job on the install but it was an aggravating experience.
