Gets the job done

Very poor communication at this level took almost 2 weeks to get them in and back in the house the installers were professional and did know their job

Got a surprise

That is in itself completely appreciated. They were also very professional and actually enjoyed talking to them (good guys). The only problem was that we already had a tray installed under the existing washer since it is on the second floor. BBY did not disclose that installation of a new washer cannot be completed if the tray needed to be modified at all (which ours did). As a result we had to pay not only for BBY to deliver and install, but also for a plumber to install later -- effectively paying twice. Had BBY disclosed this in advance we would have made alternate arrangements because of this added cost. Not the issue with delivery team, but with BBY's disclosure. Very disappointed about this lack of full disclosure.
