Very efficient and professional while installing my washer.

Couple of guys from Best Buy came to the house and brought my new washing machine, they were quick and efficient, they did an awesome job, no problems whatsoever.

The installers were on time and professional. Hooked up the washer quickly and properly. They were careful around furniture, very nice, and went over some stuff with me that I needed to be aware of.

the installation team was very professional. They called two days before the appointment to confirm the exact time of the visit and informed about the steps they are and will be taking for COVID-19 precautions. They also informed that no member of the installation team is experiencing any symptoms and asked the same about our household. On the day of the installation, the team called ahead and confirmed the exact time of arrival. I appreciate this as we didn't have to wait for them for the whole 3 hour window. overall, I am really happy with the team's professionalism and quality of service.

Very courteous and pleasant delivery guys came and did the install. All they are allowed to do is swap out but they did an outstanding job. They also pointed out that the waste water pipe was clogged instead of just hooking it up and leaving. They alerted me to the problem so that I was able to get a licenesed plumber to fix it. I keep coming back to Best Buy because your people - all of them, are so good. No job is too menial to do a good job.
