I had my new washer professionally installed by two guys at Best Buy, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The installers arrived on time, were courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing. They handled everything with care, made sure the washer was level and secure, and even walked me through the basics before leaving. They also took the time to double-check connections and cleaned up afterward, which I really appreciated. It was quick, smooth, and stress-free—definitely worth it for the peace of mind. Great service all around!

The man who delivered and installed our washing machine was a marvel. He knew many things about the features of our particular machine, and in fact, correctly answered questions that the sales people at Best Buy answered incorrectly. As he was short-handed that day, he did both the delivery, the takeaway of the old appliance, and the installation of the new machine himself. We have very narrow doorways and yet he accomplished this without a dent or a scratch, something we have never experienced before. Because he was short-handed, he was 10 minutes late, instead of hours late, and yet he apologized profusely. In some, I think this was the best delivery experience we have ever had, ever, anywhere.

After purchase of the washer I was able to specify my preferred delivery date washer was delivered as stated on time ,early as a matter of fact , which was great they placed washer and installed it with ease and precision , I am very satisfied .

The best buy crew brought the machine upstairs but dinged it hard from outside and so they had to take it back and replace it with another one. They were not able to hook up the washer and said I needed a plumber. I called my plumber buddy and he was able to hook it up after he laughed for a while. The only reason the high 4stars is because they were able to take the old machine out without damaging my stairs and walls.

I have had very mixed results when Best Buy has sent an installation team out to my house. The ones who do the washing machines are apparently independent contractors, rather than Geek Squad employees and some of them don't have a clue what they are doing. The pair that installed my Samsung 4.4 CF washing machine arrived ahead of their scheduled appointment and did a good job on the installation. No complaints.

My team arrived right on time, calling 30 mins prior. They carefully unpacked and unloaded my equipment, and installed it in my home. They showed me how to calibrate my washer and dryer, and how to position and level them to avoid vibrations. They also gave me some very helpful tips on how to make adjustments in my laundry room due to the weight of the washing machine, and saved me a possible future visit from a carpenter or plumber if something had gone wrong. All in all I appreciate the considerate and professional advice from my installation crew. Highly recommended.

The workmen showed up promptly at appointed time and was able to install my washer in less than 30 minutes. They also stayed onsite to insure the washing machine ran through a cycle.

I was given a wide range of time when I arranged the delivery of my washing machine. The day before delivery, I was called with a much shorter window. And the morning of the delivery, I was called with an even shorter time period. 8 appreciate these calls so I’m not spending all day waiting. The delivery men were courteous and installed the washing machine quickly and efficiently. They also took my old machine without a charge.

Everything was timely and went smooth. Install guys were polite, efficient and did a great job!

Outstanding service, prompt and efficient. The team arrived and took care of all related services including removal of the old washer and installation of the new one. This was a replacement under a geek squad service contract. Of note, this is the 2nd appliance I had replaced under a similar contract. The first one was through the manufacturer, after it was unable to be repaired. This took longer for the manufacturer to generate the return, then best buy handled it as a return / exchange. Geek squad replaced it in my home. Under this plan, the service contract was transferred to the new appliance. This time Geek Squad generated the exchange after the service contractor was unable to service the appliance - it did NOT go through the manufacturers (OEM) warranty. Under this plan the Geek Squad service contract is considered fulfilled, and I had to purchase a new contract for the new appliance. The contract price at installation was $30 lower than the advertised web contract price - and it was added by the technicians the day of installation. The replacement was much more streamlined and faster than the OEM route as we didn't have to wait for them to determine the replacement and generate the return. That time we also had to go back to Best Buy to use the return credit and purchase the new appliance. Ease of use is average only due to the differences in the return experiences. It took several phone calls to Geek Squad after being informed the service contract had been canceled after the latest Geek Squad return, and it was confusing as the last return had transferred to the new appliance. None of the phone service reps could determine or explain the differences, including the supervisors, they were only able to validate what service contracts were in effect. I was finally able to find the answer by digging through the small print on Best Buy's website related to Geek Squad warranties/contracts. Still - highly recommended, they replaced both my Samsung appliances (washer and dryer) after they failed within the 1st two years. They helped bridge the wide gap between local Samsung appliance authorized repair techs (who also won't move the appliance to a suitable repair location for large repairs - remove replace drum and bearings for example).

Excellent Geek Squad delivery and installation service. Received 30-minute courtesy call prior to arrival. Technicians were very courteous and friendly. Unpacking was done at truck and all trash disposed off properly. They took great care with appliances to ensure not bumping any doors, elevator, walls. Installation included stacking dryer on washer, and they took great care to avoid damaging appliances and walls. They were very knowledgeable and fast. Highly recommend using Geek Squad installation service, it's worth every penny. Very professional!

The crew was prompt and effective even though the machine was broken and had to be replaced. Not only NOT the crew's fault but they came right back to check it out and confirmed it was defective.

I was quite satisfied with the product. When I call regarding the problem I was having with the machine. The representative that I spoke to was very pleasant and he had so much empathy with the situation and how I explained it it him.. you need to have more employees like him. I certainly for got his name. But God knows him, I know he will excel to the highest and best. I love my whirlpool high efficiency machine.

Did a great job. Also had them remove an old washer. Upstairs so very heavy. Took off pedestal and left for us.

I had both my new washer and dryer installed. They were right on time and quickly collected the old washer and dryer and took away. I bout the Hose kit for washer and the vent and new electric cord for dryer. They installed and hooked up everything in like 15 minutes and the leader of the crew even spent 5-10 minutes going through all the options and started up both for a test wash and dry to show everything was working as it should. They did a totally awesome job. Compared to the hassle of picking up the washer and dryer on my own, unboxing, and installing, there was no question that we made right choice for them to do all of the above. Great JOB!
