INSTALLATION WAS DONE VERY PROFESSIONALY. TWO MEN CAME IN AND TOOK OUT OLD UNIT WITHIN MINUTES AND BROUGHT IN NEW WASHER AND DRYER AND CHANGED SIDE THE DRYER DOOR WAS ON QUICKLY AND DID THEIR JOB WITHOUT ANY COMPLAINTS

Installer was professional and left laundry area spotless.

Install crew was great, fast and on time. Sent me courtesy call 15 mins ahead. Did a great job getting washer up stairs. So glad I paid for his service

The crew was prompt and effective even though the machine was broken and had to be replaced. Not only NOT the crew's fault but they came right back to check it out and confirmed it was defective.

This washer was installed because it was a replacement from a frontload washer we had bought before and the bearing failed. Under the 2 t Year warranty Bestbuy came out and looked at the washer and after looking at it came back in two days with this washer to install it. Seems to be a good washer.
