We had the LG - TurboWash 4.5 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Front-Loading Washer with the LG - SideKick 1.0 Cu. Ft. 6-Cycle High-Efficiency Pedestal Washer installed. The installation was eventually successful, but we had an issue with whether or not we had purchased the required second set of hoses needed by the SideKick washer (we had but that apparently wasn't in the installers' paperwork) and needed to provide a power cord splitter since there was only one electrical outlet for the washer. Fortunately we had a heavy-duty outdoor-rated cord available.

The young mens was very polite and it didn't take them long at all ill say no less than five mins hook up washing machine and then show me how to operate it thank you gentlemen

The guys were very quick and efficient. They were also really quiet. My baby was napping and didn’t even wake up

The appointment time was kept, and the technicians called on their way. They unwrapped and installed the new machine with care and efficiency, and hauled away my old one. The technician also explained me the basics of the machine operation. They took away the moving bolts, which I would have liked to keep, but forgot to ask. In retrospect it would have been good for the technician to ask me if I wanted to keep them in case I need to move the machine. Overall, I’m very happy with the professional installation, and the efficiency and politeness of the technician.

Washer is top load and works great. Easy loading and unloading and can handle large loads of laundry. Also, able to soak clothes if needed.

Received my new GE Washer. It’s awesome big and roomy inside. I didn’t think I would like the newer models but I am impressed. Did my first two loads and I could immediately see a difference in the brightness, cleanliness and clean smell when I took the clothes out. The cycle seems longer than my 16 year old GE model that just gave up. I trust GE products and it’s worth the extra time it took. From the ordering at BestBuy to the delivery and installation it was all quick and smooth. The delivery guys had it down the rickety steep steps and installed in under 10 minutes. They were clean and efficient just like my new washer is. The customer service help to order was awesome. Everything is good and I’m glad I chose GE and BestBuy.

Delivery of my new appliances (including this dishwasher) couldn't have gone better. My sales person from the store called a few days out to re-confirm the delivery, the automated system called the day before several times to do the same, and the driver/installer called that morning to give me an approximate time for delivery. Once they arrived, they installed everything quickly and professionally and ran the wash cycle as recommended by the manufacturer. They asked if I had any questions on how to operate the machine, and also hauled away my old appliances with care. Besides being professional in their work, they were very nice people and seemed to care very much about my satisfaction.
