I received basic installation with my washer purchase but what I received was excellent customer service! I scheduled the appointment at noon to 2:00pm but I received a call at around 10:00 am. To ask if I could take delivery earlier do to some afternoon product delays. I was glad to receive that call and I quickly accepted early delivery, they were there in 20 minutes, I asked all kinds of questions and they were very knowledgeable and polite. I asked if they could run a quick cycle to make sure the washer worked and that there were no water leaks while cycle was going I asked if they could take my old washer up to my garage and they did, I am grateful.

Polite, tidy, and efficient installation of our new washer. Also, helped me link the washer to my phone so that I can get notifications.

Easy washer to use it has great function. The best one in a long time of having a washer.excellent . I can’t wait to use it and there’s a melody at the end of the wash.

After purchase of the washer I was able to specify my preferred delivery date washer was delivered as stated on time ,early as a matter of fact , which was great they placed washer and installed it with ease and precision , I am very satisfied .

The installers were on time and only here for about 20 min tops. Even took the time to show me some basic functions of the washing machine (thought they were just going to hand me the manual and let me figure it out on my own). Great service!

The installers were fast and friendly, took the time to clean around the area first after removing the old units. Tested them to make sure everything was working properly and left a card with a number just in case we had any issues.

Delivery personnel were professional and courteous. Quickly removed old washer and placed new one in the space provided. Personnel were familiar with product and explained use of washer.

Service was fast and they were 15min early. 2 men brought it in and hooked it up without any issues. No damage done to the home.

The guys installed it and didn’t even get water everywhere like my husband did taking the old washer out!

I ended up installing the washer myself. I sent the delivery men away because the delivery was so late and they were apparently so tired that they couldn't find the dryer outlet. It was easy for me to put the fill and drain hoses in place and plug it in.

Good no problems getting it into the basement, and water hookups were there for convenience!

The two fellows who delivered and installed our washer and dryer did an excellent job. They were quick and effecient, neat and clean. Explained things as they went along. Very careful of our wood floors.

The Best Buy team did a great job installing our new washer and dryer. They were quick and knowledgeable. We have had no issues. They even removed the closet doors for us so the units would fit!

These poor young men lugged my old washer away and installed the new one on what was possibly the hottest day of the year! They were polite, efficient and a lot faster than I expected. No problems with the installation at all.
