I loved the email check off list you sent. To make sure everything went smoothly. The delivery team was awesome. The team came into my laundry room disconnected my washer hauled it away. Installed the new one, made sure it worked and if I was happy. Best service a BIG thank you

Had no complaints until the very end. Unit was installed correctly and has worked perfectly since install. Every care was taken to insure neither the unit nor my property was damaged during install. However, upon leaving I noticed TONS of styrofoam pieces all over my driveway. I appreciated that they unwrapped they unit in the truck, but didn’t appreciate having to haul out my shop vac to clean up after them. Not very professional.

My washing machine and dryer were installed and the old machines were hauled away. Friendly and efficient delivery service.

The company that best buy is associated with to do the installation are great I have actually had the same to guys install my dryer and fridge that I purchased as well, they do fast clean sufficent work.

The gentleman that installed the appliance was pleasant and efficient. He caught a shipping mistake. The pedestal was the wrong color. They sent a black one instead of a graphite one. So the appliance was installed and he then showed us the ease of operation. Pedestal delivered 5 days later.

Workers were quick and courteous. Respectful of property and inform me of exactly what needed to be done to start using my machine

Installation was informative and done in a professional manner. They answered my questions with obvious knowledge of this particular washer. The two men worked well together and got the job done quickly.

The install was multiple days since the washer was damaged by a fork lift, then when the new one came it started leaking. The hose to the washer was damaged

LG Washer / Dryer Installation crew showed-up on time & were very professional & knowledgeable throughout the process. They worked efficiently to first remove my old washer / dryer & then install the new LG Washer / Dryer. I definitely appreciated that the installation crew were very careful not damage anything while moving both the old & new washer / dryers in & out of my apartment.

Good value with a convenient towel bar handle. Very quiet in all cycles. Cleans great even baked on food. Holds more dishes than my last Whirl pool,wich lasted over 20 years.

This is as an incredible experience! Best crew ever! I don’t know who reads this but the crew really hooked it up, it was a weird tricky install and laundry room is a bit of a disaster setup wise but they installed everything perfectly and customized things per our needs. If I were Best Buy management I would use the two gentlemen who installed our washer/dryer for literally every install in the state of Delaware!

Definitely worth Getting the free install if you can. But check up on things. They didn't leave me a lot of the user guides/information on the products, and they ended up putting in the wrong power cord and when I tried to return it I was told it wasn't even one they sold, so chances are they accidentally put on a cord from another install. I got it straightened out but ended up having to search for user guides and setup information online. But the installers were very friendly and quick, and didn't leave a mess after they left.
