The installers arrived in a timely fashion and did a great job installing the new washing machine

The delivery crew was professional, nice and patient. My items were delivered and installed quick and efficiently. They made ever effort to find a solution to any concerns that arised during the installation. Very courtesy and I would definitely use this service again.

The guys were on time, helpful, courteous, and quick. Pretty on the spot. I do hate that I can't call my local store anymore, but have to go through the national operators. Also it took some effort to get the credit for the item they did not have in stock. So I would give 5 stars, but giving 4 because of these two issues. BestBuy should let us cal our local stores again!

They arrived almost an hour earlier than expected (which is better than being late) and called about 15 minutes before. There we 3 of them, each knew what their job was. They quickly carted off the old washer (I had already disconnected it), unpacked and assembled the new washer, carried it into the garage and hooked it up. They spent time getting it leveled (using a level app on their phone!) and then started a test wash. The team knew the details of the particular washer. They were all friendly, but businesslike, and well groomed. Total install time was 30 minutes or so. They took all of the packing material with them and left. Very pleased with the service.

Excellent service by the delivery team. They called to inform me they will be by in 15 mins. Arrived on time as promised. Both men were wearing mask. They removed the old washer and installed the new washer in a very quick manner. The installer also replaced our old fill hose with the stainless steel ones. He ran the washer before departing. Probably the fastest appliance delivery experience I’ve ever had. Eventhough my washer was backordered and it took 6 months before this delivery appointment. I am pleased with the delivery team.

This would be a 0 star review if based on the original installation. It is 3 because the fixed installation was great. First time around, the installers were 3 hours late with no phone call, tromped wet shoes through my house without covering their feet, dented the new washer and dryer, did not install properly so that the units moved all over the place when used, and complained about not wanting to readjust where they put the washer and dryer in the laundry room (was not lined up or straight), and they didn't install one of the pedestals because they insisted it wouldn't fit (without measuring it)...but when it was clear it would fit, they wouldn't add the pedestal back and said they were tired and another team could come back to fix it later. They also left trash all over our driveway and street, and didn't even move the un-installed pedestal fully into our garage before leaving, so we had to move it so we could close the door. Best buy did take my complaints and pictures seriously, and fixed the issue to my satisfaction, though it took almost 4 full months from initial payment. The crew that came out for haul-away of the dented W/D/ and then installed new washer and dryer did a great job. We've been using the W/D for about 2 months now without issue.

Christian and his assistant called 20 minutes before arrival. Soon after, a truck pulled up and Christian and his assistant went to work: 1. Unpacking the washing machine. The washing machine has hosed already connected in the original box. Q? Why Best buy sale person required me to buy the hoses? 2. Christian and his assistant moved the washer from the truck to the designated location. They connected the hot and cold water and electricity. Ensure no water leakage. Run a short wash test. And completed the installation efficiently, timely and professionally.

These guys are great and professional. This is the second time they've been out and both times they've been great.

The service was on time and did a great job connecting water and discharge hose. The discharge hose is located on the opposite side as utility sink and it did not reach the sink. Installer shrugged his shoulders saying "you have to buy an extension hose". This was not offered when I bought the washer. Maybe the installer could carry some items with them .. I am sure that they have full schedule and can't think of every possible problem. So maybe the sales clerk should suggest the need for a hose extension?

Our installers were very punctual, very efficient and also extremely pleasant. The job was done very quickly and without mess.

This review is about the LG - 5.5 Cu. Ft. High-Efficiency Smart Top-Load Washer with TurboWash3D Technology - Graphite Steel. It was installed correctly and I wrote a favorable review about this LG washer but after 4 months I get an error code LE which means a locked motor. I cannot update my original review so I'm doing it here instead. Yes its still under warranty but I need a washer now not weeks later so I shoved the darn thing in my shed and bought a Maytag from another dealer with a 5yr. warranty no cost to me.

The men who brought and installed my new washer were prompt and efficient. I was given quick overview of how to operate the new washer and questions were answered. It is a good appliance and pretty straight forward. My only complaint was that the washer is not level and vibrates. One of the techs started to adjust the leg but stopped for some reason. I will get it level soon, hopefully.
