the installation team was very professional. They called two days before the appointment to confirm the exact time of the visit and informed about the steps they are and will be taking for COVID-19 precautions. They also informed that no member of the installation team is experiencing any symptoms and asked the same about our household. On the day of the installation, the team called ahead and confirmed the exact time of arrival. I appreciate this as we didn't have to wait for them for the whole 3 hour window. overall, I am really happy with the team's professionalism and quality of service.

Here in Midland, TX I had the Geek Squad come out to install this along with a dryer and did a great job. They were fast and courteous and respectful. They checked that everything worked and were on their way.

Boys were friendly! Boys were very fast at taking the old one out and putting the new one in!

The delivery crew was professional, nice and patient. My items were delivered and installed quick and efficiently. They made ever effort to find a solution to any concerns that arised during the installation. Very courtesy and I would definitely use this service again.

I didn't have the gadget to connect the w/d to be stacked. When the delivery guys called to let me know their ETA, they let me know what to go and buy before they got here.

The installers were on time and professional. Hooked up the washer quickly and properly. They were careful around furniture, very nice, and went over some stuff with me that I needed to be aware of.

The gentleman that installed the appliance was pleasant and efficient. He caught a shipping mistake. The pedestal was the wrong color. They sent a black one instead of a graphite one. So the appliance was installed and he then showed us the ease of operation. Pedestal delivered 5 days later.

I was quite satisfied with the product. When I call regarding the problem I was having with the machine. The representative that I spoke to was very pleasant and he had so much empathy with the situation and how I explained it it him.. you need to have more employees like him. I certainly for got his name. But God knows him, I know he will excel to the highest and best. I love my whirlpool high efficiency machine.

I was given a wide range of time when I arranged the delivery of my washing machine. The day before delivery, I was called with a much shorter window. And the morning of the delivery, I was called with an even shorter time period. 8 appreciate these calls so I’m not spending all day waiting. The delivery men were courteous and installed the washing machine quickly and efficiently. They also took my old machine without a charge.

The Best Buy installers arrived on time, alerted me when they were on their way, worked fast and efficiently, were professional and courteous, and did an overall great job in setting up the new machine.

Guys did a wonderful job installing my appliance. Installation was quick it took about 15 minutes. They also checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving my home.

The best buy crew brought the machine upstairs but dinged it hard from outside and so they had to take it back and replace it with another one. They were not able to hook up the washer and said I needed a plumber. I called my plumber buddy and he was able to hook it up after he laughed for a while. The only reason the high 4stars is because they were able to take the old machine out without damaging my stairs and walls.

Install was smooth and fast definitely recommended

I have had very mixed results when Best Buy has sent an installation team out to my house. The ones who do the washing machines are apparently independent contractors, rather than Geek Squad employees and some of them don't have a clue what they are doing. The pair that installed my Samsung 4.4 CF washing machine arrived ahead of their scheduled appointment and did a good job on the installation. No complaints.
