Dirty Work Clothes

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First, on January 14, 2023 we were supposed to get our washer and dryer installed but to our surprise the only thing that got delivered was the accessories for the washer and dryer. No washer and dryer were on the delivery list. So, we went to the store in Snellville Georgia to inquire to what had happen with the order. The order had been canceled according to the associate at the store. After getting everything reordered and getting another delivery and install date, we left the store exhausted because we have to rework our schedules now. January 25, 2023 two young men came to deliver and install the washer and dryer. they were very unprofessional, let trash blow in the neighbors yard and connected the electrical cord wrong on the dryer which tripped the breaker and the pedestal was damaged. Now, I'm not happy because we have been without a washer and dryer for approximately 3 weeks now. I spoke with an associate on the phone but they couldn't do anything that evening but I can call the next morning to set up another appointment. I made the appointment the next day and on January 28, 2023, two men can in, very professional and completed the install with NO issues and took the trash that the last installers left. They checked the washer and dryer operation before leaving. FINALLY, I can use my washer and dryer.

My installers have been amazing

Great communication, punctual, and beyond courteous. Not to mention, the work has been spot on with great respect for the home. This has been one of the main reasons we continue to purchase from Best Buy, the trusted install and service folks that we have had. As a note, we have had Edward out for two separate installs and he is just the best. Keep up the good work.
