Did not level and reversed hot and cold lines

When delivered did not level and machine bounced severely during the spin cycle. 1st call back corrected level in front only but they did not level the back. Still had some wobble when ran. Noticed after this that hot water was used when selected a cold load. 2nd call back corrected level in front and back and original reversal of hot and cold lines. Although the service people that came out the last time were excellent, this review focuses on the first two attempts which did not go well. Recommend to anyone using this service to buy your own level ahead of time so you can check the installation. Check the level at the front and the back. Since the installation appears to not include leveling the machine unless you ask, this is something to be aware of. Suggest double-checking if the hot and cold lines were correctly hooked up before the installers leave. The online service people were helpful in sending personnel back out, but I wish they would have expedited the schedule so I didn't need to wait almost a week to use my new washer.

Initial install team incorrectly ran dryer vent and had to reinstall it myself. Overall good delivery and install of both appliances.
