2nd set of Installers went ABOVE & BEYOND

BUT they forgot to bolt the machine to the pedestal causing a lot of noise and vibration. 2nd installers were polite and timely and fixed the problem quickly. PLUS they came in a snow/sleet storm which caused them to walk and carry their tools the last 1/4 mile! VERY THANKFUL AN IMPRESSED!

Great crew

They arrived on time, were courteous, got everything setup, made sure it was level and finished by asking if I had any questions. I could have done it myself, but it was so much more convenient to have them do the work. They also hauled away the old one. Well worth the additional costs.
