Installers made sure everything was set to specifications and were efficient. Completed the install in 15 minutes.

I was given a wide range of time when I arranged the delivery of my washing machine. The day before delivery, I was called with a much shorter window. And the morning of the delivery, I was called with an even shorter time period. 8 appreciate these calls so I’m not spending all day waiting. The delivery men were courteous and installed the washing machine quickly and efficiently. They also took my old machine without a charge.

Guys were fast and generally polite. We had an existing washer and did not pay for haul away, and thought they could move the old washer 10 ft to the garage - they initially seemed to say that was haul away which we did not buy. They went ahead and moved it but that was unclear when we were ordering. I felt bad and didn’t want them to think we were trying to rip anyone off. We tipped them for the effort.

The Best Buy delivery guys were punctual and professional. They hauled off t he old washer and installed the new washer quickly. They really did a great job.

The two gentlemen that showed up to install the new washer and dryer that my wife purchased earlier in the week, arrived on time, were professional and very courteous. They quickly removed the old units and installed the new ones. They tested each unit and then explained, what was done and demonstrated how each unit worked. While they did remove the old units, there was an extra service charge (paid at time of purchase). This was worth it because it saved me time and energy; I didn’t have to figure out how best to discard the old units. While I could have installed each unit myself, I couldn’t have done it as quickly as the Best Buy team did. Overall, very pleased. I highly recommend...

great washer , and the installation crew was great. Its quiet and looks great

Overall, I am pleased with this washer. I was somewhat surprised that it does not have a dispenser or drawer or basket in which to pour the detergent. It appears that oneis supposed to just pour it in the tub and then add the articles to be washed, or vice versa. Then it is a crap shoot as to whether or not you have enough detergent since it locks in place as it fills up w/water. I haven't had a new washer since 1983 and am not used to the new machines, however, I do not care for this feature. Putting my clothes on top of or directly underneath the detergent is not a good idea. I don't like yes or no questions as to whether or not I would recommend this machine. It is far better than no washer. I will check Yes, reluctantly since it performs satisfactorily.

They had to navigate tight turns on stairs and they nailed it. Quick and easy! Worth every penny

LG Washer / Dryer Installation crew showed-up on time & were very professional & knowledgeable throughout the process. They worked efficiently to first remove my old washer / dryer & then install the new LG Washer / Dryer. I definitely appreciated that the installation crew were very careful not damage anything while moving both the old & new washer / dryers in & out of my apartment.

Couple of guys from Best Buy came to the house and brought my new washing machine, they were quick and efficient, they did an awesome job, no problems whatsoever.

the installation team was very professional. They called two days before the appointment to confirm the exact time of the visit and informed about the steps they are and will be taking for COVID-19 precautions. They also informed that no member of the installation team is experiencing any symptoms and asked the same about our household. On the day of the installation, the team called ahead and confirmed the exact time of arrival. I appreciate this as we didn't have to wait for them for the whole 3 hour window. overall, I am really happy with the team's professionalism and quality of service.
