They did an excellent job installing and removing the old washer with no issues

I've had no issues since having this washer installed, the workers looked like they had done similar work many times and did the job in good time and left the area clean.

I'm very happy with the efficiency, knowledge, professionalism, and speed in which my new washer and dryer were installed. Back in 2016 when I purchased a brand new Samsung washer and dryer from Home Depot, those delivery guys couldn't do anything but deliver. Today in 2023, Best Buy truly delivered and installed!

The installers were very sweet and nice, they knew what to do and the washing machine was carefully installed.

This is as an incredible experience! Best crew ever! I don’t know who reads this but the crew really hooked it up, it was a weird tricky install and laundry room is a bit of a disaster setup wise but they installed everything perfectly and customized things per our needs. If I were Best Buy management I would use the two gentlemen who installed our washer/dryer for literally every install in the state of Delaware!

The best buy crew brought the machine upstairs but dinged it hard from outside and so they had to take it back and replace it with another one. They were not able to hook up the washer and said I needed a plumber. I called my plumber buddy and he was able to hook it up after he laughed for a while. The only reason the high 4stars is because they were able to take the old machine out without damaging my stairs and walls.

I am very impressed with the delivery and installation of my washer. The men came on time and installed my machine very quickly and professionally. Great job!

I have had very mixed results when Best Buy has sent an installation team out to my house. The ones who do the washing machines are apparently independent contractors, rather than Geek Squad employees and some of them don't have a clue what they are doing. The pair that installed my Samsung 4.4 CF washing machine arrived ahead of their scheduled appointment and did a good job on the installation. No complaints.

Here in Midland, TX I had the Geek Squad come out to install this along with a dryer and did a great job. They were fast and courteous and respectful. They checked that everything worked and were on their way.

The installers were on time and professional. Hooked up the washer quickly and properly. They were careful around furniture, very nice, and went over some stuff with me that I needed to be aware of.

Service tech was friendly and proffesional, removed all boxing materials as well!

As a person who knows nothing about washing machine installs, this was a must have and was quick, efficient and barely disrupted my day

Outstanding service, prompt and efficient. The team arrived and took care of all related services including removal of the old washer and installation of the new one. This was a replacement under a geek squad service contract. Of note, this is the 2nd appliance I had replaced under a similar contract. The first one was through the manufacturer, after it was unable to be repaired. This took longer for the manufacturer to generate the return, then best buy handled it as a return / exchange. Geek squad replaced it in my home. Under this plan, the service contract was transferred to the new appliance. This time Geek Squad generated the exchange after the service contractor was unable to service the appliance - it did NOT go through the manufacturers (OEM) warranty. Under this plan the Geek Squad service contract is considered fulfilled, and I had to purchase a new contract for the new appliance. The contract price at installation was $30 lower than the advertised web contract price - and it was added by the technicians the day of installation. The replacement was much more streamlined and faster than the OEM route as we didn't have to wait for them to determine the replacement and generate the return. That time we also had to go back to Best Buy to use the return credit and purchase the new appliance. Ease of use is average only due to the differences in the return experiences. It took several phone calls to Geek Squad after being informed the service contract had been canceled after the latest Geek Squad return, and it was confusing as the last return had transferred to the new appliance. None of the phone service reps could determine or explain the differences, including the supervisors, they were only able to validate what service contracts were in effect. I was finally able to find the answer by digging through the small print on Best Buy's website related to Geek Squad warranties/contracts. Still - highly recommended, they replaced both my Samsung appliances (washer and dryer) after they failed within the 1st two years. They helped bridge the wide gap between local Samsung appliance authorized repair techs (who also won't move the appliance to a suitable repair location for large repairs - remove replace drum and bearings for example).

Guys did a wonderful job installing my appliance. Installation was quick it took about 15 minutes. They also checked to make sure everything was working properly before leaving my home.
