I had my washer installed by the nicest people. They new what they were doing. Didn't take any time at all to get it done.

The two specialists from the Geek Squad arrived on time and even called 1/2 hour before arrival to make certain I was ready for their delivery. They were competent, personable, clean, efficient, and friendly. They took away my old washer and installed my new washer within minutes. Together we inspected the new washer to make certain that it met with my approval then they proceeded to show me how it functioned. We ran a test cycle which is recommended by the manufacturer and they checked their installation for leaks. It was a great experience and I would welcome these professionals into my home anytime.

The installation was fast and very well done. The two installers were friendly and knew exactly what to do, and how to do it. The entire operation was accomplished quickly and correctly. It was a pleasure to have such a well done installation.

Rafael and his partner were amazing!!! I really appreciate them both. Not only did they install my washer but they also repaired the trap to my sink, so when I wash clothes the water won’t go all over the floor. They had awesome personalities and were very professional. Thank you again!

The installation of this washer went very quickly despite the fact that the knob to close the water connecting the washer was broken and the installer couldn't turn the water off. Luckily he was able to work around the problem. The repairman got here early and was done with the install in no time.

Set up was quick and efficiently executed. I love my appliances.

The gentleman who delivered and installed my washer were very nice and accommodating. They had removed my old washer and had my new one installed very quickly. They even took time to explain the usage and the 30 days i had to return it without needing to pay extra. Very good service.

The whole installation process was very quick, maybe less than 20 minutes. Definitely much faster than if I did it myself. I only took off one star because the install guy was missing the steel water hoses for the hookup, and stated that I didn't order them when the receipt clearly showed the contrary. He ended up telling Best Buy that I didn't accept the hoses, which was baloney. Luckily Best Buy gave me another set, but there was no need for the install guy to lie about the hoses. Have some professionalism.

I wish they would do the heavy lifting, but leave installation to me. In the beginning they wouldn't do the install because my cabinets were too low. They were not. I moved them 3" even though I had 1.5" of clearance. They requested a foot which was ridiculous. Once they came back they were quick and thorough. Friendly and made sure not to make a mess as well. Hose routing could have been a bit neater, but it works. Had to level the washer a bit more after a few uses.

Installer was very professional, friendly, informative, and helpful. He went above and beyond to guarantee my satisfaction. I am pleased with the work completed.

Installer did a very good job. Discounted their policy is not to use my existing new hoses. Had to buy their $38 overpriced hoses.

The installers called me prior to arrival. They were earlier than expected and asked if I was available. They were very careful removing my old washing machine and bringing in my new one as they had to go up and down my finished basement stairs and into a separate laundry room. They made sure the machine was balanced, not leaking, and was working properly. They showed me how to use some of the digital settings and answered my questions. They also handed me my Whirlpool warranty card and told me to make sure I submit it as soon as possible so I have coverage. I think this was the best delivery service I have ever received.
