Wow. I have never left as bad a a review as I am about to leave. Very unpleasant for me to do and I suspect for the delivery company to receive (if they are reading this). I live in a suburban/rural community. I share a long driveway with 2 other houses. To get to their houses, you must pass my own. The delivery truck arrived. It was a large size truck. Apparently their other smaller truck had broken down and they had to combine 2 loads into a larger truck. It passed me by as I waited outside to receive and welcome them. Went to the end of the driveway, than backed up to my house. Took the washing machine off of the truck. I asked them to bring it around the back of my home through the basement door as the washing machine was going in the basement. It had been a particularly rainy month and there was water at the bottom of the stairwell (I was not aware of this until that time). . They informed me they could not bring the machine in that way (despite my offer to wet dry vacuum up the water), and so they had to go through the living room , down a flight of stairs and through my overcrowded basement (we are in the middle of a re-do). Some small items had to be moved over to make way for the machine. The man helped me move a few small items to make way (told me in an overly solicitous way he was not really permitted to do this but wanted to help me which he did). Old machine removed. He went back to the truck to get the new machine. I am washing the floor so that the new machine could be installed on a clean floor. The delivery man returns. On his cell phone I hear him conversing with the 2nd delivery man in the truck.. Apparently my neighbor of 21 years had been waiting to enter the driveway - had left and returned 15 minutes later but the driveway was still blocked and he was annoyed. They got into an altercation. Police were called. My neighbor reported the delivery service to the store I bought the washing machine from but was told the delivery and installation were outsourced. I am not sure who was at fault as I was in the basement at the time. The delivery and installation were done and I can use the machine which works fine. All I know though, is that by the end, I was left in tears.

Crew came and installed machine quickly and answered questions after demonstration.

Every once and a while I will hear a ding sound when in the wash mode. Not sure what that is. Love that depending on the load you can add more water. If I wash a heavy load it adds extra water .
