Installers came when promised, and they did a very professional job removing the old dishwasher, installing the new one, and hauling away the old one.

The professional installation was definitely worth it. I also had them remove my old washing machine at the same time. Arrival to my name left was probably only 15 minutes. Quick and easy, and no mess.

Had no complaints until the very end. Unit was installed correctly and has worked perfectly since install. Every care was taken to insure neither the unit nor my property was damaged during install. However, upon leaving I noticed TONS of styrofoam pieces all over my driveway. I appreciated that they unwrapped they unit in the truck, but didn’t appreciate having to haul out my shop vac to clean up after them. Not very professional.

The man from Best Buy's Geek Squad who installed my new washing machine and removed the old one worked quickly. He was polite, knowledgeable, informative, efficient, clean, considerate, and seems to have done a very good job of it. Installation was only 3 weeks ago, but so far, everything works well.

Two guys came and delivered the washer and installed it. The were fast, efficient and very nice.

Our Maytag washer installation was done very well. The installers removed our old washer, they brought in the new one, they connected the hoses, and tested a cycle to insure everything was working properly. The installers did not hit any part of our doors during the removal and installation. Thank you.

Great guys and true professionals. It couldn't have gone smoother. They took the time to give us an overview of the unit and Best Buy is always our go too. We purchased the matching dryer yesterday and hope the same delivery team brings it out.

The installation was painless. The guys were great,friendly and super fast. I was surprised how fast they for the washer up 3 sets of stairs no noise and got it hooked up and took old washer no issues.

The guys sent to install were friendly. The install was quick despite going into a closet that hardly had enough room for the set (washer/dryer)

The installation of this washer went very quickly despite the fact that the knob to close the water connecting the washer was broken and the installer couldn't turn the water off. Luckily he was able to work around the problem. The repairman got here early and was done with the install in no time.

The gentleman who delivered and installed my washer were very nice and accommodating. They had removed my old washer and had my new one installed very quickly. They even took time to explain the usage and the 30 days i had to return it without needing to pay extra. Very good service.

Mr. Cardell and his helper arrived as promised on March 4, 2017 and I was very impressed with how fast and efficient the installation of this washing machine went. I would guess that in approximately 20 minutes time the old machine was removed and the new one installed and Mr. Cardell already had the new machine running through a cycle and the old machine was being put on the delivery truck. Both men were very friendly, courteous, respectful, efficient and really did make me feel as though I was truly a valuable customer. I wish Best Buy had more delivery personnel like Mr. Cardell or either the company that Best Buy contracts with. I am very well pleased with how smoothly the installation process went.

Excellent service by the delivery team. They called to inform me they will be by in 15 mins. Arrived on time as promised. Both men were wearing mask. They removed the old washer and installed the new washer in a very quick manner. The installer also replaced our old fill hose with the stainless steel ones. He ran the washer before departing. Probably the fastest appliance delivery experience I’ve ever had. Eventhough my washer was backordered and it took 6 months before this delivery appointment. I am pleased with the delivery team.

Install was great. They showed me that the washer was leveled and gave me a quick overview on how it worked. They even ran it through a quick rinse/spin cycle to make sure it was working properly

I put this on the washer review. But the people that installed it were awesome! They were in and out in probably 5 minutes. That’s what it felt like. I remember one was names Larry. Me and my husband were running 5-10 minutes late and they said no problem and just unloaded everything outside. When we got here they were super nice and helpful.
