Very disappointed with the delivery window schedul

When i bought it, they said it will only take 3 days but after I paid it, I got an email that I have to call and reschedule. The next schedule will take about 10 days later and they gave me a window of 6 hours from 7am to 1 pm. On the day of delivery, I called at 11:30 and they still could not tell me what time they'll be in. I'm very disappointed. They finally showed up at 12:30 and my washer has a big dent at the back. The delivery crew was fine and courteous but their scheduling sucks!

Excellent Delivery System

Appointment was scheduled and a time was set. We got emails the night before for a more definite time and also received a call when they were on their way. Very Polite, Professional and knew Excactly what needed to be done.

However when moving the new washer into the laundry he was a little rough on my floors. There was no damage that couldn't be buffed out... other than that it was a great job

Samsung washing machine

I tried it out and water all over the floor some isn't right with the drainage . But I used it with last machine no problem lived in my home for 27 years . Wish they would have tested it . Now I have to wait 3 weeks to get someone here to look at it.they out source there plumming work bad idea.
