This would be a 0 star review if based on the original installation. It is 3 because the fixed installation was great. First time around, the installers were 3 hours late with no phone call, tromped wet shoes through my house without covering their feet, dented the new washer and dryer, did not install properly so that the units moved all over the place when used, and complained about not wanting to readjust where they put the washer and dryer in the laundry room (was not lined up or straight), and they didn't install one of the pedestals because they insisted it wouldn't fit (without measuring it)...but when it was clear it would fit, they wouldn't add the pedestal back and said they were tired and another team could come back to fix it later. They also left trash all over our driveway and street, and didn't even move the un-installed pedestal fully into our garage before leaving, so we had to move it so we could close the door. Best buy did take my complaints and pictures seriously, and fixed the issue to my satisfaction, though it took almost 4 full months from initial payment. The crew that came out for haul-away of the dented W/D/ and then installed new washer and dryer did a great job. We've been using the W/D for about 2 months now without issue.

The company that best buy is associated with to do the installation are great I have actually had the same to guys install my dryer and fridge that I purchased as well, they do fast clean sufficent work.

The second group of installers were much better. They checked everything with washer, ran a test, did not damage my washer. On the first delivery the washer was dented at the bottom and had scratches on the front. While I was waiting to set up the return the installers told me they only had to stay 15 minutes then I had to handle it. They did not stay for the spin cycle which resulted in a lot of shaking of the machine.

On time, took there time to measure area. Installed and tested machine. Loaded old one up, all in less than 35 minutes. Very courteous and professional.

Installers were very professional, quick snd knowledgeable. They arrived early after sending me a notification.

Definitely worth Getting the free install if you can. But check up on things. They didn't leave me a lot of the user guides/information on the products, and they ended up putting in the wrong power cord and when I tried to return it I was told it wasn't even one they sold, so chances are they accidentally put on a cord from another install. I got it straightened out but ended up having to search for user guides and setup information online. But the installers were very friendly and quick, and didn't leave a mess after they left.
