Hoses installed backwards; polite

Large delivery window was bad but it was what they had. Delivery people did not listen to me when it came to bring things into my basement which I have experience. Did get the new washer inside with no scratches. Hooked up the water lines backward (cold to hot). After ignoring my suggestion to remove the pedestal from the old unit, they proceeded to scratch up the paint in the hallway/staircase. Once they accepted they had to remove the pedestal things went better.

I could not ask for better people to do the job. They were very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the ins and outs the washer. Courteous and easy to talk with. Like I had friends doing the job instead of Best Buy employees. 2 thumbs up.

All debris after unboxing was taken from the premises. The installation crew was polite courteous and respectful.
