They did an amazing job with the installation, very happy

They arrived almost an hour earlier than expected (which is better than being late) and called about 15 minutes before. There we 3 of them, each knew what their job was. They quickly carted off the old washer (I had already disconnected it), unpacked and assembled the new washer, carried it into the garage and hooked it up. They spent time getting it leveled (using a level app on their phone!) and then started a test wash. The team knew the details of the particular washer. They were all friendly, but businesslike, and well groomed. Total install time was 30 minutes or so. They took all of the packing material with them and left. Very pleased with the service.

Great washer. No issues so far. I like it automatically senses when tub is dirty and switches to clean cycle.

Quick and easy install. The guys even helped hook an additional item up for our dryer that was free of charge.

I was worried about the installers nicking the walls and getting the washer into the laundry room. I wish I could remember the names. Anthony and Michael, I think. Polite guys...introduced themselves right away and shook my hand. They got new washer in with ease and the old washer out in a matter of a few minutes. Once the new washer was in place, Anthony gave me a quick review and they were on their way. The communication prior to delivery was awesome. I work close to home. They called when they were 20 minutes out. Not like the cable company. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Best Buy again and have their guys install.

Everything went smoothly, even after delivering the washer and discovered that the waterline knobs had to be replaced.We had a plumber come and replaced them. Then two different service people came two days later to install. All four men were very good in doing their jobs. Very pleased with my new washer.

Excellent service, done quickly and without any problems

My washer was installed correctly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the dryer which should have been installed at the same time was defective and did not work. The installers set up a new appointment for me but that appointment was cancelled shortly before the end of the window they set. I will not have the dryer until late September.

The service was on time and did a great job connecting water and discharge hose. The discharge hose is located on the opposite side as utility sink and it did not reach the sink. Installer shrugged his shoulders saying "you have to buy an extension hose". This was not offered when I bought the washer. Maybe the installer could carry some items with them .. I am sure that they have full schedule and can't think of every possible problem. So maybe the sales clerk should suggest the need for a hose extension?

The goys did an awesome job installing my washer. They were very professional and got the job done quickly.

Not that I needed someone to screw in a couple of hoses, but it was included in the fee for delivery and moving the appliances around so ok. The guys showed up literally when they said they would and I was given text updates on their arrival window. They removed my old washer and moved my dryer to the basement then moved my new washer to the basement, hooked up the water and waste lines, and started a test cycle. The whole process took maybe 25 minutes, no mess no fuss.

The last guy that came did what the other guys that came didn’t do. He was great he ran the hoses making sure water came through leveled the washer and ran a load to make sure it worked. All installers should do what he did. If the first guys that came would have we would have known right away it didn’t work. Also the other guys ripped my floor and left and didn’t say anything. I called it in immediately and no one from claims has called me back???? I’m very upset about that and I refuse to pay for his damages. I’m upset the company doesn’t seem to care either. Last installer did awesome!!! The company I’m disappointed in

Delivery was actually earlier than expected which is not a common thing now a days. The men that delivered did a great jon of installing the washer, showed me how to operate it and explained the functions. An awesome experience.

Installation was quick (under an hour) and delivery was on time. Guys were actually early. They negotiated the small basement walkout stairs well and installed without a scratch.

I always have the best buy team install my appliances just so i know its done right and ive had no problems any of the times.

The 2 young men who installed the washer were quick and very careful. They ran a short cycle to show us how to use the machine.

The workers showed up on time with the correct products and quickly installed the washer. They tested it after hooking it up to make sure it worked then were on their way! Very smooth process!

My Samsung washer and dryer came on time and the installation was complete in no time. Unfortunately, i did not measure the space well enough so the dryer stuck out a bit. The installers kindly removed a door making it easier than replacing the unit.
