Brandon and Mario who were the installers, and they were excellent. They removed our old washer and hauled it away. They also took great care in bringing our new washer into the house. They installed the washer and made sure the water connections and discharge hose were correctly done to insure no leaks.

Disclaimer: I never used it since the schedule was too far out. Easier to do it myself. But, I was there for a friend when Best buy installed theirs around the same time. Not a bad deal to those without mechanical ability.

The installation process with Best Buy has been a nightmare. The driver was early the first day and did not park in front of my house. I fumbled the phone call (from a non returnable #) and so the driver left without even ringing my door bell. Took me 1 hour to get customer service on the phone and by then they were too far gone to return the same day. Then the customer service agent said they did park in front of my house and ring the door bell - ??? Then they would not reschedule until the washer and dryer had been returned to the warehouse that evening. So the next day I went into the actual store (because I didn't want to deal with another 1 hour hold on the phone) and the manager rescheduled the delivery in person. So two weeks later a driver calls me and says that he is confused because he has an installation order but no washer and dryer. Turns out the manager inside the store could not reschedule the washer and dryer delivery - only the installation ???? So a customer service rep calls me and says she will schedule both the installation and delivery for me - again two weeks out. The very next day I get an email saying I have an unscheduled order and I need to log in and schedule the delivery of my washer and dryer - ??? I scheduled it myself online, of course the slot I had picked the day before was gone so I had to wait a few more days. I love the washing machine but next time I will buy it from anywhere else.

The delivery guys installed both our washer and dryer very quickly. No problems.

I was going to install my washer as I am a handyman. But after a short discussion with the Mrs, it kind of made sense to just sit back and let the pros do their thing. So I opted for the kit and installation especially since it was in a tight spot.
