Professional installation, done by the Best Buy geek squad, no issues

Two installers came for the installation. As one installer unloaded and prepped the new washer, the other disconnected and hauled away the old washer. As they were both installing the new washer they explained what they were doing along the way. Once completed they explained the different features and ran it through a rinse cycle. They were friendly, professional and very quick.

From beginning to end, the service was efficient and on point. No issues here.

The guys who delivered were nice enough and very friendly and informitive about schedule, etc.. The one thing I did not like about the installation is that when it was sold to me they said they would do whatever needed to hook up the appliances. Then, during the installation the delivery guys told me that due to the type of gas shutoff valve I had that they couldn't (weren't allowed) to connect to it. So I was left with a nice new dryer that I couldn't use, sitting half way out in the middle of the room. I wound up making the final connection myself which only took about ten minutes and some pipe thread sealant. But that's why the 3 stars. I would only recommend the additional connection fees to someone that wasn't handy and able to complete the job on their own.

The installation was speedy and professional. I watched and any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. The installer ran the machine shortly to check for leaks and water flow. He also gave me some quick tips on soap amount usage . The helpers were very polite also.
