Owned this washer for about 3 months now, so far no issues. I like that the dispenser for detergent and bleach is located outside the lid so non of the liquids potentially spills on the internal electronics of the washer, which does happen overtime with washers with the dispenser located inside the lid. Works great, but we'll see over the next year or so how sturdy this machine is.

The whole installation process was very quick, maybe less than 20 minutes. Definitely much faster than if I did it myself. I only took off one star because the install guy was missing the steel water hoses for the hookup, and stated that I didn't order them when the receipt clearly showed the contrary. He ended up telling Best Buy that I didn't accept the hoses, which was baloney. Luckily Best Buy gave me another set, but there was no need for the install guy to lie about the hoses. Have some professionalism.

The installers called me prior to arrival. They were earlier than expected and asked if I was available. They were very careful removing my old washing machine and bringing in my new one as they had to go up and down my finished basement stairs and into a separate laundry room. They made sure the machine was balanced, not leaking, and was working properly. They showed me how to use some of the digital settings and answered my questions. They also handed me my Whirlpool warranty card and told me to make sure I submit it as soon as possible so I have coverage. I think this was the best delivery service I have ever received.

Guys were great came in and set everything up. Took them no time. No issues after set up still working great months later. Washer set up and haul away

Installation was perfect. The service men were very professional and even alerted me to an issue that I needed to bring to the attention of maintenance.

Love this washer, with its large tub, no agitator, and wi fI signal to my phone when a cycle is finished, but it arrived with a water leak. After 2 more visits from a technician, it’s working perfectly. Honestly, 2 more visits? That being said, I am completely happy with the politeness of the techs, the delivery service (although the techs said someone would call us to set up an appt and I had to call them to schedule it), and the quality of this washer.

Fantastic service, installed quickly and carefully. They were very nice and took care not to damage the floor.

The two Installers called ahead of arriving, & were right within their Time Window. They took excellent care with everything, including the need to disconnect my existing Dryer (then RE-connect it) in order to get the washer moved in its niche in a Laundry Closet, which was blocked by my granite counters from directly moving it in (without first moving the Dryer). Some places, like Home Depot, won't do this at all; others, like Sears, charge more for everything needed (like Washer hoses, & "Relocate Existing Appliance").

Washer instal was great. My dryer was broken upon delivery so we had to wait another week. Customer service advised that we would be compensated but this has not been done yet. Local store representative keeps checking on it but no response yet. Product review and install great. Customer service has not been great.

The installation was done professionally and rather quicker than I expected. Had to readjust the front leg after a few days put otherwise ok.

The two technicians were extremely efficient and polite. We had an issue when the washer was installed that the cold water connection leaked. The technicians contacted their office and made arrangements for a new replacement to be delivered. When they delivered the second washing machine, they hauled away the old one, had the new one installed quickly, and provided a quick lesson on the use. Very pleased with the service
