On July 5, Franco Munoz and his helper Vicente delivered and installed my new washer and dryer, and hauled away the old ones. They were great- on time, efficient, located them in a tight fit, and cheerfully hauled them up many stairs! Strong positive recommendation. I think they are with the JB Hunt service provider.

They came in and installed everything. I had no issues and they were in and out so quick. I think I will go with Best Buy for all of my appliances now.

Fast, easy installation. I thought I would need longer hoses because I was switching new machine and old dryer positions but installers installed it fine with 6 foot hoses. I was able to quickly clean where the old washer was, before they brought in the new washer but wasn't quick enough to clean where the dryer went. I should have insisted that I needed time to do that,but that's okay I guess. Possibly installers should ask the customer if they want the opportunity to do that? It might be the only time I will be able to clean under and behind the unit. But it would slow down installation a bit.

Had a wonderful experience for my washer installation! The technicians were all very professional and knowledgeable! Very kind and explained the process to me! Quick installation and the technicians were very careful with my belongings! I would definitely choose this service again!

I love my new 3.6 cubic ft washer. Runs great , pretty quite get clothese clean . Installers men were great !!

Two gentleman came out to the house and installed the washer, dryer and pedestal units and had everything hooked up in less than 45 minutes and they did a great job!

The two men who installed my washer and dryer were very professional and did an excellent job. If I have anything negative to report had nothing to do with the installation and everything to do with the haul away with the old washer and dryer. They both sat outside the back porch for well over a week.

Installer arrived as scheduled. He was very courteous. He performed the installation with no issues and replaced the old rubber washers to prevent future issues. He was very knowledgeable on the item and provided an overview of the machine. From chatting with the technician, I discovered that Best Buy is focusing on servicing the equipment that they sell, which is very comforting. I have received great service from all of the Best Buy delivery personnel, installers, etc. Knowing that I will be receiving the same great service and more on all of my future purchases is an excellent feeling. The Best Buy Washing Machine Install Team was OUTSTANDING. Polite, efficient, on time, no banged walls, showed us machine, ran initial test cycle, ... all great. This type of service is more than welcome. Shout out to the Best Buy Sales Associate and the Best Buy Service Team! When I needed to call back and reschedule the old machine pick up / haul away, the Service Team was great. The whole process from purchase at Best Buy, to install, to rescheduled haul away was EASY! We love Best Buy!

The second delivery of our washer, first one had problem, was great. The delivery was by Best Buy employees and we couldn’t be more satisfied. The two gentlemen that came to install my Washer and Dryer were extremely quick and professional. They too extra precaution when bringing in the appliances and taking out the old. I kept my old dryer and they were kind and helpful to place it in my garage. Took less than 30 mins and they were early. I would give them both 5 stars each for their service.

Easy installation. Just you need two persons. The installation tools are already there. Just you need is a driller and suitable wallmount

set up and installation were quick and thorough. The men were professional and pleasant. More time devoted to teaching the working of the machine would be great.
