They Knew What They Were Doing?
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I feel like the installers of our new washing machine knew what they were doing since they had no problems disconnecting the old one and installing the new one. They even tested out the new washing machine before leaving to make sure everything was working properly However, it didn't take long for me to figure out that they had connected the water lines backwards (hot line to cold inlet, cold line to hot inlet). So, I had to go and disconnect and correctly hook up the water lines myself. Since I had to fix the installers work myself, I gave a 3 star rating; it should be 2 for goofing up the most important step, but I figure they did everything else fine, so I'll give them the extra star.

Additionally, they informed me of the use of the travel kit for when we move again. This kit came included with the new washer. I had to replace my old washer because I was unaware of the risk of damage to a washer when moving, if the drum is not properly secured. Hopefully, my new washer will survive the next move.
