Quick and easy install. The guys even helped hook an additional item up for our dryer that was free of charge.

Great service, fast, respectful and attentive customer friendly service all the way around. From the first call to their follow up call each member and department was attentive and helpful. Technician was on time, personable, knowledgeable and didn’t dilly dally. Part wasn’t going to available until September, Best Buy replaced with new machine with in days. Thanks Best Buy! Extended warranties are easy to attach to the purchase and worth it!

The delivery was on time, they were in a hurry. When I asked a question they told me to look in the owners manual. After they left I noticed the drain hose was not all the way into the drain, I'm glad I saw it because it would have flooded the laundry room. I got the hose in the drain easily. Over all they were on time and quickly installed the washer

We were amazed to see how ingeniously the delivery team carried this heavy washer with special straps. There was NO contact with our carpet or hardwood floors. The installation was performed efficiently and professionally. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that I had to sweep up a fair amount of debris outside created by the way the men had broken off the styrofoam and other packing materials near the truck. Everything inside the house was good.

The 2 Installation guys were great! They were on time, organized and did the job efficiently. The sales agent told me that my old Samsung pedestal would fit my new Samsung washer but he was wrong!!! They took away the good, old pedestal and balanced the washer. Service better than the sales agent. Wish I had another pedestal as bending down isn't good for my back.

The delivery and installation went smoothly. We reviewed the delivery checklist and made sure we were ready. They delivered and installed in less than thirty minutes! Great job and great customer service.

Truly professional. These young men were on time and dependable. Very different from getting an appliance from a hardware type store when you don't know if it will ever be delivered and weeks turn into months and then they accidentally sell your stove to someone else. From now on, appliances are from Best Buy!

Super-fast, clean and courteous!! Everything hooked up properly, no issues at all.

The team was professional and great to work with. When hooking up the washer hose they accidentally broke the fossette but that was due to old brittle piping that probably should have been replaced before they got there. They weren't over tightening the hose or anything like that when it broke. I was able to get it replaced in a few minutes and they came back and finished the job and cleaned up. Great guys!

Kudos to Best Buy. The washer I originally bought was recalled the day after it was installed. Luis at Best Buy was great with my return and new purchase. There were some time issues, but he was friendly, professional, and took care of everything I needed. The gentlemen who delivered the replacement were terrific too. They were on time, took care of things quickly, and Brys even gave me some tips on my new washer. Having worked for a place that sells and installs appliances, I'm well aware of all the problems that frequently arise. Best Buy employees were fabulous and I'd recommend them to anyone.
