The delivery and installation were good but they removed the old black hose and put in a new one. The new one does not latch on to the sink to drain the water as well as the old one. It retracted and water went all over the floor so I had to string it to the faucet until I buy another hose that works.

The delivery team did a great job! I was notified regarding their projected arrival time and then was again notified when they were on their way. They arrived even earlier than the original appointment time. I was very pleased with their speedy and efficient installation. They took away the old machine and got the new washer into place in a very timely manner. I was quite impressed that the installation happened quickly and the two man team were organized and left no mess for me to clean up. Before you know it, they were leaving and I was able to start doing my laundry! Great service!

the guys where very carefull, bringing it down the basement not a scratch on it considering the tight space they had to work with.they did a great job .and fast

It was well worth it to have professionals install these units. There was an issue the first time BB came to install the units. We are on the 2nd floor of a condo, in a small laundry s closet the first installers ( late in the day , tired?, too much work? ) Did not even try to install the washer dryer combo. ONE call to the store and BB had a installation rep call and reset the appointment with an in house crew. That time it was fine, It was a very tight fit but the installers were great!! and worked through a couple of issues. The inhouse installers well made up for the poor first experience.
