Excellent washer for a small space

It will be just a reliable as the old one, we are sure. Delivery and installation became a nightmare when the carriers refused to hook up the machine with the old dryer. These machines work in tandem and need to be installed together.

Install process not impressive

They hauled out our old washer before delivering the new washer. They installed our washer and tested to make sure it operated correctly. They also gsve a walkthru of how the washer operates. I would highly recommend Best Buy delivery service. Job well done, gentlemen!

Still need assistance

Installers failed to remove the 4 shipping bolts during 1st install. Machine moved off the platform and just hung there during spin cycle. Ordered replacement machine that I wanted installed on the floor and off the platform. Installers would not do it. Machine is unbalanced and noisy. It still shakes and has moved dryer off the platform.
