The installation crew of two people were very efficient and careful with the installation. However, they did not complete the leveling of the washing machine. Our laundry room has a significant slope to the floor drain. They set the machines so they would not rock but they were not level. We did not realize this until after they left. We were able to adjust it ourselves but this should have been done by the crew before they left.

Arrived on time. Did what was expected without any hassle.

Beat Buy installation gets an A+. Had a washer go out and bought one online. They delivered and installed. Before leaving they noticed a small dent and pointed it out. Even as it was fully installed gave us option of replacing with new or if we did not want to replace provided us a gift card to compensate for the ding. Got to appreciate that everything worked great and they preempted us finding the dent after they left. Kudos to you Best Buy installation!!!!

I'm going to preface this with the fact that I realize there's still a global pandemic and labor shortages, so this is not a complaint per se. I would like to point out some things that I wish had gone better, so Best Buy can do a better job. These guys were working really hard -- they arrived 10 minutes before 6pm, which was the very end of the window and from the sounds of things, they weren't done for the day. They had to haul both old units out of the basement and bring the new ones back down and install them, which took about an hour. It almost seemed like they were the only people doing delivery for the whole area -- I hope they are getting paid decently. Onto the issues: my dryer has steam functionality, but that wasn't hooked up. The required hose kit does not include a third hose for a steam dryer, so it's definitely not the fault of the delivery guys -- this should be something that gets planned for. I ended up doing that myself. Also, the return process for unneeded items -- like the dryer duct I didn't use -- is annoying. Overall, I'm satisfied and glad I didn't have to haul this stuff myself.

Two people came and did the installation. They were really professional and kind. They took the time and explain how to return a part that I mistakenly ordered. When they were done, I asked if the washer was leveled; they said it was. But after they left, my wife noticed it was a little off, which it was easily fixed.

The installers communicated well, calling the night before and again when they were on the way here the next morning. They arrived on schedule with our new washer. Everything went well. I had cleaned the laundry room and installed new plumbing and hoses for the old dryer and the new washer. I provided a set of carpet gliders to put under the feet of the washer and base. The gliders made pushing the very heavy washer and base into place against the wall easy enough for one person to do. They ran a test cycle to check for leaks and issues before leaving. This service left nothing to be desired.

Folks came in, installed everything quickly and no issues so far.

During this pandemic, the spouse and I were only exposed when grocery shopping approximately twice a month. So we were very leary of delivery and installation but these guys did exactly what we asked.. that was a particular parking area, a certain back door, and only a few feet into the home. They were very courteous about it, stayed in that confined area, worked quickly, spoke in a pleasant tone, and sprayed the appliances when installation was complete! Great installation experience!

The installers of the washer I bought were courteous and professional. I bought the connection hoses for the hot and cold water separately because it wasn’t included. The installers stated that it was good that I purchased the better quality hoses instead of going the cheaper route with the rubber ones. The washer has been working fine for about a month now. So far, so good.

Quick and professional setup and installation of my washing machine, connected all the hookups made sure it was all level and did a test run.

It took my service guy a while to finally find my moms place/unit, but once he did, he was in and out within an hour of arrival. And EVERYTHING worked correctly.

Finished product and service was great all the problems were not. Kept paying extra charges that should have been included from the start. Went to store at least 6 times to explain and give specific instructions and still messed up. Was offered compensation and it was never given.

Guys came in and installed in less than 20 minutes. Did it all correctly, too.
